Wash cycle started making very loud noise. The warranty covers nothing after 12 months of purchase and it will last you only 13 months. After that go buy a dishwasher again or spend hours trying to contact customer service and then having to pay for parts and labor and wasting your own time.

I have other LG products and all of the racks are super sturdy and solid. With the amount of features it offers it should be an exceptional dishwasher. Got lots of good reviews and that helped in my decision. The Quad Wash feature was the final sale piece.

I really want to love it, but there are some issues with the bottom rack. First, the placement of the tines are awkward and don't load dishes well. Plates don't seem to stand correctly. I could possibly live with that, but the other issue is the adjustable tines that raise/lower keep falling on their own or when I close the door and hence my plates all crash together. I've seen this concern expressed in reviews by others now that I've researched this specific issue. Seem like people who got replacement racks it continues to happen. I'm not a "picky" person and am wanting to make it work, but I cannot see using this dishwasher as it sits. Best Buy is sending someone out to look at it.
