I have to rinse and scrub off any food particles before running a load. I gave LG a chance, but I should’ve spent a bit more and gotten a Bosch bc there is nothing more frustrating than having to rewash dishes that didn’t come clean.

Inconsistently works, cuts out, you never know what you will get. Manufacturer warranty covered repair, come out replace two parts works for a few months and starts inconsistently working again. Purchased a best buy protection plan which is a waste of time and money. 918 dollars total for a brand new barely working item.

The top extends beyond the countertop and would cause the power button to come on. The installers came back for an adjustment but still the same problem. Every cycle we tried makes noise and is loud like things are banging around. Also how is it cost effective when some cycles are 2-3 hours long! The door and the basket are so cheaply made it bands and clangs like you’ve had this dishwasher for 10 years and it’s time for a new one. Quiet is not one of its qualities. We have not even had this for a month. I want to return it. I am calling the store. Do not buy this LG model.
