My previous dishwasher was a very cheap, eight year old Whirlpool with rusty racks and leaks, so this was a step up. It seems a little loud when it starts running. Not as quiet as many people say it is, but not loud at all once it gets further into the cycle. I really like the third rack for my silverware versus using the basket. Easy to scoop up and put away if you keep utensils segregated. The second and third racks are adjustable so that is a big plus. The tines on the second rack are really awkward. I put the pet bowls on this rack and they just collapse. Hard to get them to stay upright within the tines and I've tried every angle. I lose a lot of space due to this issue. The bottom rack works great. The tines can fold down which is super convenient for those who do a lot of cooking and have pots and pans. You definitely want to use liquid dishwashing detergent. The tablets don't seem to clean the dishes as well and leave some residue on the door. There was a minor defect in the stainless on the inside door so I chose to have it replaced, but decided to upgrade to the model with heated drying. I don't use Tupperware items so I don't have an issue with the dishes being wet when I use overnight dry, but I see soap residue in the areas that were the last to dry. Also a little more than usual on my glasses when I hold them up to the light so I'm hoping the heated drying will address that. With the exception of a little residue, the dishes come out VERY clean. Overall, I like this dishwasher and likely wouldn't have contemplated the upgrade had I not wanted a replacement.

Easy to use, mostly silent, gets dishes clean. A solid dishwasher.

This product has been great. Space and the amount that can be put in is amazing. Does an excellent job of cleaning. It has a setting for everything thst is needed.

This dishwasher has worked well. It replaced a Bosch that lasted 18 years. This one is quieter, but has sounds like water running that seem louder than the Bosch. It gets the dishes clean and we like the third shelf for spatulas and large knives. Overall very happy.

We had an old dishwasher go out on us . Did some research and chose this LG. It works great. Very quiet. Good load space. Like the panel facing out rather than on top before closing.

Great dishwasher. Quiet, cleans well. I have had no issues with drying. Just use good quality detergent pods and fill up the rinse aid tank and you will have no issues. This unit has a small hose hookup 3/8 in I think so get the install kit that has both the small and large. Get a 16 Guage extension cord and snip off the end of you want to save a few bucks there.

I really liked my old dishwasher. I didn't know if this dishwasher would compare with the old one. much to my surprise, this dishwasher is impressive. the old one was very quit, this one is even quieter. the racks are very different than my old unit. Will need to adjust my loading technique. The collapsible tines are a real plus. The tines is the bottom appear to be for a left handed install. Just some getting familiar with the loading process will solve that problem. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

We have been using this dishwasher a little over a month. It does a great job and it is so quiet. Love the 3rd draw, fold down sections and the adjustable 2nd shelf.

Love this dishwasher. Have had it over a month now and it cleans really well, even pots and pans with crusted on food. It drys really well too. My favorite settings are after dinner, delay start 3 hours so it runs while we are asleep. I use auto, extra dry, night mode for drying. It’s super quiet too when I run it during our awake hours too. The only negative is the bottom rack comes off its track more often than I’d like when pulling out at times, but a minor annoyance at best. Great dishwasher for an economical price.

Glad I purchased...works well, virtually no sound, third rack is nice. controls are a bit funky but otherwise a nice unit as long as you know there is NO heat dry.

The dishwasher itself is great. It is extremely quiet. The dishes comes out clean. Easy to use. The only complaint would be that the dishes are still wet when the cycles are done. Other than that, we love it.

Great option, great balance between price and features. Pros: Nice looking Easy Install - I DIY it Quiet Cleans well Not so good: App/NFC - you can not do much from the app for this particular model. Display - from some angles its not the best

I had used my 30 year old dishwasher probably 10 times. Recently with concerns over grout, I had started using it and it seemed to work fine but was noisy, and did not match the kitchen I ordered and waited for this LG, having read some reviews saying that it did not dry properly, I was a little anxious. I found I love using this dishwasher it is quiet, the dishes come out very clean, except for dimpled glasses everything is dry. The cycle is long but that is likely the case with all models, so I use it overnight. I won't be going back to hand washing dishes many times a day.

Absolutely amazing cleaning capabilities!! Nice capacity, runs very quiet and great cleaning. The only thing I recommend is illuminating the control panel for better visibility to adjust settings for use.

It is the first time I use LG Dishwasher, I think it is a good product , and it is very easy to use. it's so quiet at 48dBA that I don't hear any when it’s running. it does a great job for cleaning , I like it a lot.

Looks good, feels like good quality and sounds great. Easy to keep clean once a month and easy to load.

Have had this dishwasher for about a month and have had no problems. It seems to clean the dishes etc well and holds more than our old Whirlpool dishwasher. Love the third shelf!

So far so good. We have had this for about 2 weeks. It cleans dishes well and is quiet. The 3rd rack is nice.

So far the dishwasher is working fine, my wife loves the controls on the front so they are visible when the unit is on. The interior layout of the trays are well designed. What really impressed me is when I installed it the bottom of the unit had all the wires, hoses, motor covered and there were two paths that the water line and power line had a clear run to the front of the unit. Very well designed. Other units have all that equipment fully exposed and you have to “snake” the water and power through all that to get to the front of the unit.
