This dishwasher is great! I love having a third rack to maximize the dishes being washed. It does a great job cleaning. The only minor issue is the front touch screen is sensitive so if you have children that like buttons you have to be careful or it may disrupt the wash cycle.

Dishwasher is ok but is going to take a little getting used to when compared to the GE unit that it replaced. Because it incorporates a handle flush with the front of the unit it doesn't have a handle to protect the front controls (or hang a dishtowel) and allows for the controls to be frequently activated when you just brush against it and is very annoying. The loading is odd and doesn't seem to have any place for glasses with recessed bottoms to be loaded on enough of an angle to drain and they will still have a little water left after drying unless the extended dry mode is selected. The unit while quiet is not as quiet as the GE dishwasher it replaced and especially in the water charge and discharge modes for some reason. So far I have no complaints about It getting the dishes clean but the full cleaning cycle is at least an hour longer when compared to the previous GE unit it replaced. Even if ok it we should have asked for the unit to be replaced however with all the added charges for installation we had already spent about twice as much as we originally anticipated.

This dishwasher is very quiet and washes pretty well. I have noticed it does NOT dry very well. Even with the extra dry feature I always have water left inside the machine. I've been leaving the door slightly open after I remove the dishes so it will dry out. I also have to dry off some of my dishes the following morning after using it at night. The dishwasher is nice looking and easy to use. I like the extra third rack on the very top for kitchen tools.

Washer was so quiet, i had to go see if it was working. It was, it ran for a long time. The only thing is the drying. I had water drops on the inside door. So i had to leave the door open for the drops to dry. Love the tune it plays to signal dishwasher was done. Dishes were clean and dried. Good dishwasher. Consumers Reports ranked the LG products very high. First, or second. Next LG will be the stove.

It works like a charm. Very happy with my purchase.

Great dishwasher. It cleans my dishes within a reasonable time. I love the three stack feature and the quad-wash which gives my dishes extra sparkly clean. I love how quiet it sounds.

The dishwasher does as advertised. Cleans and dries dishes leaving them spotless especially with the jet dry. This unit is much more quieter than previous dishwasher even on turbo wash cycle. The service techs installed the dishwasher professionally making sure it was completely level and the unit was fully functional. The techs explained the different cycles and the basic do and don't of the dishwasher. Ask me if i had any questions, i said no and they handed me dishwasher manual. However, the true test of the product is will it stand the test of time by lasting for at least 10 years with little to none repair(s).

So far it works as should, cycles are llllloooong so it takes some getting used as it has pauses throughout the cycles. Cleans the dishes well.

Installed the dishwasher. Once installed started a load of dishes right away. This thing works perfectly. Very quiet. No issues. The only thing left to do is add a butcher block counter top to cover the top of the dish washer since we didn't have a regular sized dishwasher. We were using one of the small portable counter top dish washer and with this new unit I can wash about 3 times as much as I could with the previous one I used to do. It has been helping to keep the kitchen cleaner since I can wash more dishes at one time.

Very quiet and cleans really good, easy to install and operate. Good quality and nice finish.

This dishwasher is very quiet and does an excellent job washing the dishes. The front controls are easy to operate.

I love the 3rd rack! It's so helpful in putting more flatware and knives, even some of the measuring cups. It's very quiet, well except when it's filling. It doesn't have an annoying ding, but sort of sings. I love that I can load different wash modes. The middle rack also has sections that can fold down to accomodate bigger cups or what not. It does have extra drying time, but as I've always ran into, plastic does not dry well.

I was pleased with the dishwasher at first. We replaced a 28-year-old Magic Chef, still working dishwasher. It took a while (a couple of months) to find the best settings and loading of our dishes for our family of two. It would take us about 3-4 days to fill up the dishwasher before running. I settled on Normal wash> High Temp, with a run time of 2 hours 51 minutes. It was somewhat difficult to add the Rinse Aid directly from the bottle. I switched to using a measuring cup instead of the bottle. This way I could have the door open at a 45-degree angle so the rinse aid would go into the reservoir better without spilling out. The only unpleasant issue I noticed was the smell/stink when we would open the door a day after a wash to add items to the dishwasher. It smelled like a sewage. Running an empty dishwasher with a cup of white vinegar would help some but a day later the smell was back. I thought I was going to have to return the unit for something else. However, after some internet research I found the solution. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT TO RESOLVE THE SMELL ISSUE: After running and emptying the dishwasher you close the door> press the power button again> and PRESS and HOLD the START button for 3 seconds. You will see three dashes and you will hear a noise. It will stop after a few seconds on its own. This will completely empty the standing water in the dishwasher drain. Beside this bad design by LG of not draining the dishwasher water properly, by using the steps I stated above, this is excellent mid-range dishwasher for the money.

Runs quiet, cleans efficiently, 3rd rack convenient for odd shaped items. Overall a very good product.

Replaced an old machine and what a difference! It does a great job and the third rack is a game-changer. Nice and quiet, I can hear it so I know it's running - it is a quiet wash and not intrusive.
