This dishwasher is very quiet and cleans better than any dishwasher I have had previously. It is a great deal as far as I am concerned.

Very quiet machine, easy to use, seems to be built solidly. Runs efficiently and does the job it's built to do. No quibbles with it.

The control panel is malfunctioning. The lights flash, and and and chime. Most of the time it shuts down, in mid wash. It have never dried the dishes. Most frustrating is Best Buy being unable to have repair people in my area. Ipay the big buck (close to $200 a year) for extended warranty and it does me no good. I call, multiple times, they can't help me. I was cover it says until the 18 of August, I quit paying the extended fee on July 5 because of no help. Come to find out they won't honor the August 18 date. The geek squad people I have talked to are absolutely NO help. I have for years bought my appliances and computers from Best Buy but I will never spend another cent there. Today the agent I talk to said they should have helped me get outside help if they could not find local repair people. First time in a year that has been offered to me. I am so done. I now have a very expensive dishwasher the malfunctions.

Easy to install back feet lift control from the front. 5/8" hose conection points down, so you need the 90deg. adapter that come in the hose kit. Unless you're replacing a washer then you will need one. Machine is quite except on turbo. Runs about 2 hours and gets everything clean.

I really didn't want to replace my old maytag....but it just died. With reluctance, I bought this LG. I AM SO GLAD I DID. This LG is so quiet that I don't know it it running unless I look at the control lights. The power switch plays a nice tune when turned on and when the washing/drying is finished, the machine plays another nice tune and the lights say END. There is no "clean or dirty" guess work. No more "did I run the dishwasher?" The dishes have ZERO spots on them after washing. All items end up looking brand new. I am so glad my old DW has been replaced with this one. I still prefer the upper and lower rack configuration of the old machine but not the rust the rack left on my dishes. This does not happen with the LG.

This dishwasher is so incredibly quiet compared to my old one! We can even run it during the day when we’re active in the kitchen. I’ve only had it a month but am impressed with how well it cleans pots and pans.

Install was quick and right on time. The washer itself works great with more than expected options and is so quiet I have to check twice to see if I’ve started it.

Works great. Turbo setting is fantastic and adjustable drawer is easy to use and give flexibility for cookie sheets.

This thing is very quiet. We love it so far. The 3rd rack is great for sharp stuff to keep away from our toddler

This dishwasher is amazing ! Metal body on the inside, top draw for silverware, also set and forget auto functions ... buyer beware, known main drive motor failure with this model. I returned my new unit and got it replaced, as the issue popped up on first use. other users report the issue after 2 years of use, so buy the warranty. the product does work amazingly !!!

It cleans very well and is very quiet. It takes a while to "master" the various settings some of which are "behind" the ones you see on the panel.

Pros: Looks good. Sleek, clean. Cons: Maybe I missed this in the instructions but after the first wash, the unit stunk like rotting hot food. We ALWAYS clean all items before placing in unit, ALWAYS. After a few uses, it still stunk badly so I started adding citric acid crystals to the pods and it still stunk, and there were no food particles or residue in the filter. We finally bought a dishwasher cleaner and ran per instructions. No more stink. Like I said, maybe I missed the instruction that said to run a dishwasher cleaner before your first wash. We used to have to leave the door ajar to air it out but no more. Also, the unit looks roomy but it’s only adequate. The wire used for the racks are spaced too far apart and if you’re not careful, smallish things could easily fall through. The middle shelf is not deep enough for wine glasses or taller items. They could have given more space to the middle rack from the bottom rack. The cycle times are pretty long too. But, it does the job, and it’s pretty quite. Had I first run a dishwasher cleaner I would not have had the stink problem and would have given this unit a 4-star rating, though I would still like more room on the middle shelf which is why I gave it a 3-star rating, but I would recommend.
