Our LG is super quiet and has a third shelf. We like the LED display which tells us when the wash cycle is done. Very pleased. Recommended.

Huge improvement over previous dishwasher

Lg charges $350 min to come out and fix it. Supposedly parts are still under warranty but it is unclear how to claim the parts warranty without lg coming fix it. If you do buy make sure to pay for the extended warranty. It did a decent job cleaning when it worked but is nothing special.

For your issue, we suggest checking the circuit breaker to ensure it’s properly reset and that no other appliances are affecting the breaker. For guidance, find the circuit breaker in your electrical panel that controls the power supply to your LG dishwasher. Flip the breaker to the "off" position. Allow the dishwasher to sit without power for about 10 seconds. Flip the breaker back to the "on" position. Turn on the dishwasher and attempt to start a cycle to ensure the problem is resolved. Touch with glide over buttons on the side. Layered small, medium, large and fits over a sink load of dishes. Issues: rough handling or heavy weight can pull middle wheels off track or sideways. Soap dispenser cap wont open on its own and rarely happens.

The motor eventually failed. Supposedly, that motor has been manufactured to not have that failure. The dishwasher does an excellent job cleaning, though.

Washes my dishes

My husband installed it and I would recommend hiring someone who knows what they are doing. He struggled. I probably need to read the directions to understand how to lock the touch screen feature. We constantly bump the power button and have to push it back off. Other then that, this dishwasher washes my dishes. It is quiet and we are happy

It seems I still have to shake off the excess water from the items before putting them away. I love the 3rd rack as it allows cleaning of extra silverware, spatulas, odd shaped items, etc. which don't fit well in the other shelves. I also like the main rack is adjustable
