I like that I'm able to adjust the racks to hold larger items. It's not as quiet as I'd hoped but not super noisy. Cleans well and dries sufficiently.

It’s a little louder than I expected but I think it depends on what’s loaded in the dishwasher. Dries fairly well and gets the dishes very clean. Overall recommend.

I have had it for about 2 years and it is holding up very well. My biggest complaint is the dishes are still extremely wet after every wash even with the drying cycle.

Cleans Well, But Comes with Some Frustrations

My rating for this new one is so-so. It does clean the dishes well, but the spacing between the rack tines is either too wide or too narrow, which makes it hard to use the space efficiently—and as a result, I end up hand-washing more items. Also, since it doesn’t have a fan-assisted drying feature, the dishes are never completely dry, and I always have to wipe off the remaining water with a towel. I chose a model advertised as quiet, but the noise is still noticeable, so I tend to run it when I’m not nearby. That said, let me repeat—the dishes do come out clean.

Ensure you’re using the drying cycle correctly; if your unit lacks fan-assisted drying, try the extra dry option if available to reduce moisture.
A bit of noise is normal, but if it’s louder than expected for a "quiet" model, check for blockages in the air vents or installation issues that might cause extra noise.

They discovered that I had a small leak with the water valve under the sink. They insured that this was repaired before completing their installation. I was so grateful!

Been running it for 4 weeks with Cascade Platinum Plus and all comes out perfect. If you install yourself or use inadequate soap, sorry. This totally kicks my previous Bosch’s butt in clean.

Bought it to replace our old one that would no longer dry. My kids do the dishes so I haven't messed with it much but they haven't complained about having to dry the dishes out of the dishwasher anymore.

The stainless steel tub absolutely makes 100% difference. The install people who came with the machine we're absolutely wonderful and easy to deal with. Don't hesitate.
