If I could I'd give it 3 1/2 stars as it cleans the dishes but takes A LONG time to do so. The normal wash without using an added rinse is a about 2 1/2 hours. With that time the dishes don't even get 100% dried. With the "extra dry" function it moves the overall time to a little over 3 hours. Also, its a bit louder than I thought it would be. Its not a bad option for the price though.

His exact words were "my wife is upstairs dancing with happiness for her new dishwasher". We picked up ourselves and installed ourselves and it was very easy to accomplish.

I bought this unit on Dec 2022. A year later it errored out with two different codes. As a “Total member” customer, I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal, they would repair it, or replace it if needed. It has failed 4 more times since then, every time, we have waited for about 10 days for the repair services team to receive the parts needed to “fix” it. The second time it failed, they told me that if they couldn’t repair it on that one, or the one after, they would just give me a new unit. Today, it failed for the 4th time, so I asked for the unit to be replaced since the unit is clearly not actually fixed, they told me they will replace it again and to not be worried about because it would be “free”. Again, I am paying for “total member” so is not free, I supposedly paid for a premium coverage, and yet they cannot fix it, and I am the one experiencing the frequent downtime.

Third Rack A Nice Addition!

The third rack is also very helpful for larger utensils or odd items that don’t quite have a spot on the lower racks.

It does get in the way if you have bigger bowls or cups. I would buy the same one but without the mini rack. Does it’s job and cleans well.

Runs with door open

It happens if I accidentally bump the control panel. The water actually starts spraying, even though the door is open. The local service department has not been able to figure out what the problem is. There must be some type of design flaw. It also takes over two hours for a cycle to run, which seems like a very long time. And even though I’ve had the dishwasher for approximately five months, it still has a weird chemical smell.

The door latch and sensor are designed to prevent exactly that, so if water is spraying during a bump or touch without the door being properly secured, this may point to a faulty door switch or a control board issue.
We also hear you about the cycle length—most ENERGY STAR certified dishwashers, like this one, do tend to run longer to save water and energy, but we definitely don’t want that to affect performance or safety. And regarding that lingering chemical smell, running an empty cycle with white vinegar on the top rack and baking soda on the bottom can help neutralize it.
