I thought this would be a good compromise replacement for my GE Profile. Sadly, it is not a good compromise at all. It is smaller and the racks feel flimsy. I did not think I would miss the features of my old washer, but I do. The cycles take forever on this unit and there is not heated drying which is much more of an issue than I thought it would be. Also no sanitize (my bad I missed that in description) If I had bought a base model dishwasher, I would not be any less impressed.

The big problem we had was the removal folks showed up days before the install team. Getting updates from the store is impossible because you can’t call the store. We had to drive to the store to talk with someone.

It has some features such as the third tray (which was not worth it for me.) and the ease of rolling the racks, but that is it. Having said that I don’t think any dishwashers in this price range are that different. The energy saver models do not clean like the old models. It’s plastic and I wonder if it’ll make five years.
