Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this dishwasher to replace our leaky Samsung dishwasher (for the love of god, avoid Samsung appliances) PROS: - Wash Quality: Does a great job washing the dishes. - Quiet Operation: It’s not silent, but it’s much quieter than our Samsung was. - Third Rack: Nice to be able to put silverware up there and not take up the extra room down below. CONS - Non-Existent Drying: This dishwasher DOES NOT dry your dishes. A rinse aid helps a little, but expect to have to keep your dishwasher open after it’s done to let them air dry. - Installation: The contractor Best Buy used for installation tried to upsell us on everything. Quite annoying as we already paid for installation. Overall, this dishwasher is fine. Not bad, but not great. Can’t comment on longevity yet as we’ve only had it for about a week.

We bought a dishwasher and he was able to answer any questions and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. I must say, get the membership to best buy if you buy any appliances, with it. The install kit, delivery, install and removal of the old was free. Will be buying all the house things there from now on.

I highly recommend this model, awesome design

Easy to use control panel. Dishes and pans come out clean and dry, minimal glass spotting. Stainless face doesn’t fingerprint much at all. A bit louder than other dishwashers we’ve had.

We like the separate utensil tray and additional utensil basket if need be. It paired easily with the LG smart app and we were able to download additional cycles. Highly recommend this dishwasher.

Still figuring out the variable drying options, which is more me than the unit, but generally very happy.

Problem with New Dishwasher

I have a problem with the dishwasher was leaking they was back the next to check out the dishwasher and what the problem was. They it’s leaking and replacing and the week a new dishwasher was installed and no issues with it. Outstanding customer service and with installation also.
