The adjustable racks are really useful and the 3rd tray for longer and flatter items is a very efficient space saver. This appliance is easy to use, navigate, quiet, and most importantly provides very clean and dry dishes. I would recommend.

If that’s something you want, make sure you double check if the dishwashers you are looking at has a heating element. Because this one does NOT. It also will not dry the dishes if you do not use rinse aid. Such a horrible feature. Would not have purchased if I knew this information. It also takes forever to actually wash anything. My old one would wash and dry within an hour.

It takes nearly 3 hour for a normal cycle wash with a high temp dry. It is 2 1/2 hours without the extra dry.

It does not clean, the dishes come out dirty after a 2 hour cycle. I have tried pre washing, pre rinsing, running hot water, changing the detergent and this machine does not work. I have called Best Buy for help but they pass me on to LG who is utterly useless. They tell me the same thing over and over again and the machine does not clean. I paid for extra protection which is clearly a waste of money as I am paying for nothing. I only wanted help via a tech to come and look at it but they will not send one. I will never buy from Best Buy again and never buy an LG. I would have been better off saving my money and washing my dishes by hand.

Flashing lights, won't finish a cycle, and beeps a lot. For the money, it should last longer. Maybe with an extended warning it could be worth it.

I called LG and they said dishwasher can’t be upgraded to hold wine glasses either. If drink wine, choose another dishwasher.

This is hands down the worst dishwasher I've every owned. The day after this dishwasher was installed, it started leaking. I immediately called Best Buy to exchange it for a different model (LG dishwashers are affordable, but notoriously bad, come to find out, but it's highly likely this dishwasher is defective). Best Buy customer service gave me the complete runaround and gave me the wrong information, resulting in a 2-week delay. By that time, the dishwasher was no longer returnable. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but I had to in this case. So, now I have to beg LG to replace the dishwasher, which they likely will since I've owned it less than a month. Best Buy is the worst. Their customer service is a joke! Go to Home Depot or Lowe's to purchase appliances. Or buy directly from the manufacturer.
