Does everything it says on the tin Engineer was beyond helpful making a stressful situation as the machine didn’t fit he made it easy for us Many thanks for that. I would definitely recommend your company and your engineer to all my friends and family.

We recently purchased an LG fridge and are very happy with it so I decided to go with this dishwasher. It works really well for the price point except for drying of the dishes.

If I could I'd give it 3 1/2 stars as it cleans the dishes but takes A LONG time to do so. The normal wash without using an added rinse is a about 2 1/2 hours. With that time the dishes don't even get 100% dried. With the "extra dry" function it moves the overall time to a little over 3 hours. Also, its a bit louder than I thought it would be. Its not a bad option for the price though.

It makes the dishes sparkly clean and leave no food particles behind. It makes little to no sounds, compared to other dishwashers. Great for those who are on a budget but want a superb machine. Glad I purchased it.

Third Rack A Nice Addition!

The third rack is also very helpful for larger utensils or odd items that don’t quite have a spot on the lower racks.

Despite being a budget model with a louder db rating than some of the LG models we looked at, its still quiter than our old one. The third rack and countdown timer are great to have

Stinky dishes, forever cycles

Shortly after installed, I tried to return it or exchange it because the dishes stink like rot. Neither Best Buy or the manufacturer took responsibility. I’m currently - while Inget bounced around for months- stuck with this dishwasher that gets turned on by the slight accidental touch when we walk by, makes dishes stink, does not wash them properly, and has multiple hours cycle. I don’t see any pros for this one, just cons. All dishes are fully wet after cycle - and extra dry- is over.
