I have been trying to see how I can get this fixed & I’m sure it will be done For the price I paid it exceeds what I was looking for in a dishwasher. One question is even with the extra drying time. Most items still come out wet??

They worked very hard and long to make sure all was 100%. My dishwasher is amazing. Easy to use and the sales associate was very helpful and understanding.

Does really good job at washing the dishes too. The issue is the dry feature. Even on extra dry, some of the dishes don't come out as dry as I would like. We have to put the wet dishes on a separate rack to finish drying or dry completely ourselves. And the top rack we thought was very cool feature for lids and other type of small items to wash but nothing dries up there. And then after a while a smell will start to develop at the bottom which means some of the water is collecting which means we'll have to do a self-clean very often.

I only wish it did not start so easily when accidently bumped. It takes a bit of getting used to transitioning from simple buttons to aled like works.

I thought this would be a good compromise replacement for my GE Profile. Sadly, it is not a good compromise at all. It is smaller and the racks feel flimsy. I did not think I would miss the features of my old washer, but I do. The cycles take forever on this unit and there is not heated drying which is much more of an issue than I thought it would be. Also no sanitize (my bad I missed that in description) If I had bought a base model dishwasher, I would not be any less impressed.

Typically use turbo 1hour or express 35 minutes. Everything looks great. The installers added and updated my setup and no issues.

I like that the soap holders are deeper than others, so it cannot hold an entire pod of detergent. The heated dry settings can definitely melt plastic, so be careful I like the turbo wash Option. I like that the racks are adjustable in height. So far so good.
