The big problem we had was the removal folks showed up days before the install team. Getting updates from the store is impossible because you can’t call the store. We had to drive to the store to talk with someone.

I think this makes it safer for plastics. I don't think it does as good a job cleaning dried-on food as my previous (GE) dishwasher. I recommend getting a service plan as the control board required replacement in just over 2 years.

LIFE'S GOOD

It's a lot to get used to, (all the buttons) compared to my last one which was 19 years old. It definitely has more features than I think I will ever use. It is very quite.
