It’s hard to arrange dishes in the tray and some of the stands that hold dishes up are sensitive and always come down causing the dishes to fall over in the tray. Also doesn’t dry the dishes very well

I loved nighttime dry option,, and wake up to fresh clean and dry dishes . It is an excellent purchase. I have been a Best Buy customer for a very long extended time and I’ve never been dissatisfied. Buying major appliances home entertainment systems they stand behind everything they sell.
