Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely hate this dishwasher... if you have it located somewhere that you never stand at it is a good dishwasher.. but mine is in a location where I do prep and serve the food over counter... whenever you just bump into it, it turns on and sometimes its even started because I hit that mistakenly... it does clean well, its quiet but I will never ever buy another front touch screen washer...

To help prevent this, you can try enabling the control lock feature. This function disables the touch controls to prevent accidental activation. I self installed without an issue, not too complicated. Dishwasher looks nice but takes forever for to run a load and doesn't dry well, unless you open the door and let it air out for a day. I still mostly hand wash because it's less of a hassle. Purchase was fine to finally fill the empty spot in my lower cabinets.

I took off work two days for this delivery and asked if I could be compensated but no answer. I have purchased numerous items at Best Buy. Thanks for your help

Dishwasher stopped mid-cycle. No error code

Warranty runs out after 12 months (Serious factor to consider). Moisture seeps inside dishwasher control board. Spare parts unavailable to order. Could reoccur anytime. Only option is to call LG repair person for $299+taxes (I paid less than $500 for the dishwasher). I was told they will replace parts for free and ensure it will work again.

Installer was done within an hour and did a great job. You do need to use Cascade Rinse Aid Power Dry, or dishes stay wet.
