She's a hippie and loves everything but now, I have seen murder in her eyes. What good is a dishwasher with a rack on wheels come apart so easily. We've had three wheels come apart in total now. Cheap plastic wheels barely held together. Now we have the inside metal bearings all over. We were unable to locate all of them. We had less than a month when the first one came apart. Went to Best Buy and sorry.... it's been more than 15 days.... 5 weeks and a $1200 dishwasher starts to come apart. Nothing, Not a care in the world. I will absolutely not recommended any appliance purchases from BB to anyone at anytime. In addition, for all the options, bells and whistles this thing advertises.... Does not dry well by any means. The dry boost, it is just another button to push. The cleaning is ok but we have had several loads where we are having to reclean and we're a family that nearly cleans the dishes before using the machine. Any wild dreams of just put the dish in and forget about it..... let your nightmare begin. All the fancy fold down risers for larger or flat items.... already had to put one of those back together... I'm telling you straight up. I read the reviews and I was fooled. Fooled by LG for a legit stand up product. Fooled by Best Buy and the Magnolia team for any concern or care for a near 30 year customer. The crazy thing is.... I love my LG fridge and my LG washer and dryer.... LG really let me down here and then Best Buy twisted the knife.

Drying cycle could be stronger

The handle should be offset on the right hand side. 2) Bottom rack needs one more row/rack for holding more dishes. 3) Rinse Aid reservoir hold very little RinseAid. Light items flip and fill with water.

After a couple months the control panel cracked (not covered) a few weeks later it would stay on and would have to turn back on several times to get it to continue. Now that it's a year and a half old, it's totally dead and the cost to fix is $550 for no warranty if it is still not working after that and LG will not do anything to help. Since this was broken before the 1 year lie of warranty and they wouldn't do a single thing, LG is now a brand I will never consider, I hope more people do the same.

It's probably been leaking from day 1 or shortly after. We didn't notice because it's a small leak and stays toward the back against the wall. One of the leaks seems to be a manufacturing defect or took a hit in transport. There is a small bump at the junction of the tub and the sidewall at the back right corner. The other leak seem to be somewhere at the 90elbow or pump/motor. I contacted LG support showed them the pictures but they asked questions about the water supply line. These people have no clue. I told them it probably was already leaking while under warranty but they don't care. So bottom line, 2years later that expensive dishwasher is trash, LG won't cover anything and my wall is damaged with mold and the base plate might rot. Very disappointed with LG quality and customer service. I will never buy LG again.

I trust LG products but this machine gave me a headache. After one month, middle rail was broken because of the cheap Lg parts. Then, I contact with LG, I waited more than one month for rails. They said the wrong rails to service guy. He realized it when he arrived my house. Anyways, I called LG again and spent another one hour to get correct parts. Long story short, I waited almost two months to get middle rails. Even if it is their fault, I have to wait for their super smart part department plus their super smart service person. I would not recommend any LG dishwasher product.
