Great system, great price! We came in for a cheaper Samsung but with installation and haul away this system was $10 more. 100% worth it!

I feel like my old dishwasher could hold more dishes. The dryer not so great and I find my dishes don’t come out as clean and spotless as my old dishwasher.

We purchased LDTH5554S, LG Dishwasher and we are very happy with it. We are using without the recommended app and not interested in that. Having my appliance updated through an app is not what we want to do especially when the risk is ours. We replaced a 14-year old LG dishwasher so it was a nice upgrade. I do all labor myself and I only spent about $100 in repairs total on the old one. The new one cleans much better and we love the spacious setup and large basket inside. Also, similar to the old one, but with the additional third shelf which we LOVE. We also love the 1-hour wash included. Electrical wiring inside our cabinet had to be redirected due to top of dishwasher being more square than the previous one. We rinse our dishes before placing in dishwasher and are pleased with the cleaning ability thereafter. Dishes mostly come out dry. It depends how you place them in the dishwasher. No complaints!! We chose this brand due to reliability and features available. Noise factors in general vary with insulation in cabinets and location of dishwasher. Ours is placed in open concept room without insulation. The water going in is louder but the rest is quieter. It probably is not as quiet as it could be but sounds quieter than our old one. We definitely would purchase again!!!! We were very happy that Best Buy offers pick up option and and made for faster access to the product. We also liked their product descriptions are organized in a way that customers feel comfortable with making an informed decision. You can trust in Best Buy.

This LG dishwasher has exceeded my expectations. The QuadWash Pro system really does a great job—everything comes out spotless, even tough-to-clean items. I’ve been using the LG 24" Top Control Smart Built-in Dishwasher in black stainless steel for a while now, and I’m really impressed. The build quality is excellent—it feels solid and premium, inside and out. The interior space is well designed, and the 3rd rack makes organizing utensils and smaller items so much easier. The QuadWash Pro feature does a fantastic job cleaning even heavily soiled dishes, and it runs quietly at just 46dB, so it doesn’t disturb the household. I also love the Wi-Fi connectivity, which lets me check cycle status or get notifications right from my phone. Overall, it’s a stylish, efficient, and smart upgrade that makes doing dishes almost effortless.

Super quiet, and cleans like a dream. Really impressed with the space after adjusting the second rack, and we love that you can take out the silverware rack for larger items.

I used to think love at first sight was a myth… until I met this LG dishwasher. First of all, it’s so quiet I had to double-check that it was actually running. I opened it mid-cycle and it stared at me like, “Really? You doubt me?” It’s like a ninja—but instead of throwing stars, it throws sparkling clean dishes into your cabinets (okay, not literally, but a guy can dream). It fits everything: plates, bowls, wine glasses, Tupperware that used to come out of my old dishwasher looking like melted origami. Even the spaghetti-covered pan that had been soaking since the Obama administration came out cleaner than my conscience after a confession. Bottom line: If this dishwasher had arms, I’d hug it. If it could talk, I’d listen. And if it ever runs away, I’ll be crying in a corner eating off paper plates. Thanks, LG. You’ve made dishwashing a joy, which I’m pretty sure is a sign of the apocalypse—but I’m not complaining.

My only complaint is that the very top rack could be just a tad deeper. It doesn’t allow room to put a big spoon, ladle, etc. on it. DW runs very quietly and does a good job. We also like that it displays the run time on the front and we’re happy to have a choice without a handle on the front. Best Buy also offers, at no charge, a site visit to make sure it will fit in your space.

Our new dishwasher is excellent, very quiet we don’t even know its working, the three levels and the separate insert for the utensils are very practical. We just remodel our kitchen and bought all the appliances from LG, excellent quality and good looking. It has different set up which make the washing smooth and easier.

Very happy with this dishwasher. Sleek, modern look, cleaning option “buttons” barely noticeable. Upper pull-out section for knives and other small or sharp items is a great safety feature. When the dishwasher is running it is very quiet. Also, best of all, the LG dishwasher does a great job cleaning!

So far we are loving it. It is very quite and seems to work really well. The run cycle we are using is long but doesn't bother us at all. The racks work well for stacking dishes in. Looks great in our kitchen.

My 19-year-old Whirlpool dishwasher finally bit the dust and right when I had company coming for the weekend. Best Buy was able to find me this dishwasher that was actually in stock and able to be delivered in a few days. It was on sale, and I saved about $400 so that was a bonus. My previous dishwasher was black, and I wanted another black one but none were available in the time frame I needed it in, so I settled with this one and it actually looks good in place of the black (all my appliances are black). To be completely honest, I don't love it as much as I did the one I had before, guess I'm still getting used to it. I had a silverware rack in the door which saved space, and this one has the removable tray which does take away space for bigger items. It has the extra row up top for larger utensils and not sure if I like it or not as it takes space from the upper row, but it is removable, so bonus. I do like that it is quiet and seems to get everything clean. It has more options for cleaning than my older one did and that is another bonus. The one hour clean doesn't get the dishes dry enough, I have to add the feature for the dry boost which makes it take longer, but I'm ok with that. Doesn't seem to have as much space for loading as my other but I'm learning a different set up so that will take time, I'm sure. Overall, I like it, don't love it but I'm getting used to it. Change is harder as we get older, lol. It does the job and is quiet and looks good.

When we bought our house we new we would need to replace the old appliance at some point. Well, that day came for our dishwasher and when I started researching brands and models that fit our price range this LG was on the top of the list. From the delivery to installing myself, everything went really well! Delivery guys were very polite and professional and carried the new dishwasher straight to the kitchen for me. Installation went well. Directions were clear and I love the design of the back foot being accessible in the leveling process from the front of the unit. This design made the leveling process so much easier and less stressful. Thank you for that LG! First wash, we were very pleased! Unit is quiet and almost un-noticeable when running. Dishes came out spot free and completely clean. I have noticed a slight issue with the middle rack cups, coffee mugs still having traces of water on the tops when opening. I probably need to do more research on different types of cycles or using the extra dry feature but honestly, that so far (1 month in) is my biggest issue which says a lot about this dishwasher. If you are looking for a new replacement, this is a un-regrettable choice! Search no more!

I didn’t know what was missing. I can’t believe I waited so long to get a dishwasher. I am amazed out how clean everything comes out and no water spots even on well water. I’ve run several loads. It’s quiet! I love the third rack and that you can change the height of the second rack. I installed this myself and it was straightforward. Top the sale price off with the Best Buy protection plan and this was easily the best choice. So glad I finally rewarded myself with this.

Compared to our old dishwasher, this one is quite quiet. Love the 1 hour wash cycle. Also love the top, 3rd drawer. Haven't been able to take advantage of the adjustable tines. They're located in the back of the machine. Our plates are heavy so it works better to load those in the back. Really like the adjustable drawer in the middle.
