The picture isn't great. If you are on a budget and need something cheap then this will work. Ive used it for 2 months without issue. I had to drive to the hardware store for some tiny screws to attach it to a computer monitor stand which was annoying. I payed 80 on sale though.

Microtrend software came free with the monitors. My operating system broke after installing the software. Best Buy wouldn't fix it with out charging me.

My bigger disappointment was the delivery service that Best Buy used (Roadie); it took them 3 different tries to deliver the monitor to my home, even though we receive Amazon deliveries almost daily.
