Cant change Hz

Best Buy Comes Through Again - Delayed Shipment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven't even received this item yet and I'm already irritated with Best Buy. They should rename this store "Your Shipment Has Been Delayed" because from my experience and that of my wife and my other family members, it's invariably what seems to happen when you order things online from Best Buy. Somebody at this company needs to learn something about logistics. I'll edit my review when I actually get the product. But I won't forget the Best Buy doesn't seem to be able to deliver on their get it by tomorrow promises.
