I think he might have been a manager, but he took so much time explaining things to me that I felt I could go back if I had an issue.

LG is just a good brand. No problems with the monitor ever. Good screen quality. Great price.

In fact, this monitor was so nice, I ended up getting a second one for another family member to enjoy separately.

At least for me there were no other adjustments needed.. Price was right, delivery was great. Best Buy came through again. Thanks

Also, at a very good value. Would definitely purchase the LG again. It is the perfect size for my home computer. Fits on my desk beautifully.
