Display has nice features to control how bright, etc. Only complaint I have is turning it off- it seems to not register pressing the button and we tend to have to try a few times.

Using a D-sub cable for the VGA port does not give the best viewing experience. D-sub plus DVI adapter worked the best. The monitor has a monitor information screen that interferes with swift viewing of the Windows 11 screen. It is the information screen that makes me give this monitor only 3 stars.

The only stumbling block for me was there was no instruction manual to figure out how to adjust the settings. So I had to teach myself that but it worked out. I like it lot.

It took a little work to get the resolution and screen ratio dialed I, but now that it’s done, for what I paid, this monitor is a good value (I bought two of them for my home office).

(Best Buy site calls this "LG - 24" IPS LED FHD FreeSync Monitor (HDMI, VGA) - Black" when it should say "HG - 24" IPS LCD FHD FreeSync Monitor (HDMI, VGA) - Black LED and LCD are very different. I got it home, installed it and works great but disappointed. I bought this because it said it was an LED.

The picture quality could be better, but I am still happy with the product. It does what I purchased it for, which was for video conferences.
