But the downside was the stand by far. Our stand may have been defective, but there was a significant tilt forwards on the monitor when on a stable flat surface. Other than the monitor stand itself, seemed like a good monitor.

Don't get me wrong it does the job and is a great budget monitor. Just isn't what I was looking for. I only use my monitor to read emails and casual web browsing but the resolution makes it hard to read text. Most text appears bold and meshes together easily. Needless to say, I'm getting rid of this monitor and upgrading to a new one.
