    The video quality is very good. It comes with a CD manual but I couldn't get it to load. I had to muddle through the set up. The settings button is hidden in the middle behind the bezel--not intuitive. It takes multiple pushes to activate the settings and to make changes. I didn't pay a lot for the monitor so I got what I paid for
