This is really great dishwasher ever. It is only 44dB, I guess it is one of most silent dishwasher. Also it has 3rd rack, it is very convenient to load flatware and I can use spoon basket space for other items. All tines are customizable so I can fit any kind of dish (especially Deep Bowl, Pot and Pen) easily and efficiently Even Price is great. Thank you LG for great dishwasher.

Loading is not easy for large dinner plates. Bottom rack comes off track easily.

Had to exchange dishwasher after using it 2 times. The customer service was the worst I ever experienced. First return/ exchange was cancelled because it was not processed properly, spent 1 hour on the call to attempt exchange.Spent another hour on the phone to get return exchange processed properly, Best Buy would not prioritize delivery. Purchased dishwasher at the end of November, Best Buy did not deliver return/exchang until December 23rd. Customer Service spoke to management at local store in Harbison, SC....they refused to do a forced delivery. When asked if I could speak to someone else or Corporate I was told it was not likely Corporate would over ride decision. I will never make another purchase from Best Buy.

Stainless steel face starting rust at two years old! Do not buy LG.

I am so happy with this purchase. This dishwasher is so quiet we kept checking to make sure it was working and were nervous about how clean everything would be. Our dishes come out beautiful. Also, we really like the convenience of the third rack for the silverware for both putting it in and removing it.

Very quiet dishwasher, does a great job. Third rack is nice for most silverware. We still use the basket for knives or bigger utensils, but have removed one basket. The only complaint is that occasionally, the lower rack gets pulled off the track.

I have only had this for 12 days and the HE error is blinking after a wash. According to the handbook, this is the heating element and I have to call the company to get it serviced. Planning on returning if I can. Also, the plates don't stay in place. Slight movement of the rack when your loading or sliding it back in makes them all fall over.

I do not like my new dishwasher. This LG does not clean the dishes well even though rinsed and my dishes don't fit well. The top doesn't hold glasses easily (one broke when falling over). I have tried different dish detergent, putting in fewer dishes, cleaning the filter, watching the LG videos... My goodness, just clean my dishes please.

Inferior parts. The repair person states that this piece is replace "all the time".

VERY quiet and clean dishes. The no dry function is not an issue, dishes are dry when they are done. Plastic lids are a little wet, but not anymore so than our old dishwasher that had a dry function. Better assembled than the Kitchen Aid (same price range) that we returned after getting it home the same night. Baking pans fit due the flexible racks without compromising space above. The utensil rack is different (used to a holder in the bottom rack), it does have the holders if you prefer... The warranty is 10 years on the drive no others offer that. We have used it for 2 months and are happy with our purchase.

I purchased the KitchenAid KDTE104ESS which cost $10 more than this device from Best Buy. Not only was it dead on arrival, but it was far, far poorer quality by comparison to this LG dishwasher. This installation is so much easier. The LG connections are in the front. It has height adjustment on all four corners and three drawers. (Top utensil draw). This LG is very quiet too. There is no comparison. Buy LG over the KitchenAid which cost more anyway.

I purchased this product with high expectations and was disappointed. The dishwasher leaves streaks on the dishes and yes the instructions were followed.

iT IS NOT AN EASY UNIT TO PROGRAM. hAVE HAD NUMBEROUS PROBLEMS IN OUR OFFICE SETTING. mAYBE JUST NOT GOOD FOR HIGH VOLUME OFFICE USE

Didn't believe any brand but Bosch could be this quiet. Excellent price for such a quiet dishwasher. Has a distinct ascending / descending chirping tone when starting / completing cleaning cycle. And (3) three racks instead of two! Almost everything I could want!

Amazed at how efficient and quiet this dishwasher is...While the cycles are longer than what I am used to, for me it doesn't matter to me as the end results are well worth it! Many folks say that it does not dry well - if you add the extra dry cycle and the hot rinse options (since there is no heating element), all of my dishes come out completely dry and squeaky clean. The only way you know it is doing its job is by the blue blinking LED on the upper right top (which I do not find annoying). The racks are extremely flexible and work very well for me. One of the best features is the third rack that holds all the small items that would not work in our old dishwasher. The ability to be able to wash half a dishwasher load on either the top or bottom rack is another good option for me. The one requirement for me was the ability to be able to rinse dishes and then be able to wash a load later. This is one of the few that still will do that. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and next time I am in the market for any kitchen or laundry appliance, I will checkout LG first.

A terrific dishwasher for the price. Beautiful, quiet and works very well. Comes with a third rack and a good warranty. This washer does a superior job to cleaning dishes compared to my GE Profile that it replaced. However, after reading some of the curious critical reviews of this washer, I think its worth emphasizing that with newer energy efficient dishwashers it's very important to use a high quality detergent and a rinse aid. (Both Cascade and Finish pods work well. Also this dishwasher drinks rinse aid so you may need to refill once or twice a week.# Depending on the load, this dishwasher only used 2.5 to 3.5 gallons per wash cycle, and it does not have a heating element, but rather uses the residual heat from the stainless steel tub to dry the dishes. Hence if you use cheap detergent and fail to use a rinse aid, you wont get the best performance with this dishwasher. Also because of the energy efficient nature of this washer, the run time #2 hours and 15 minutes) is longer than prior dishwashers.
