Cleans dishes great, so quite didn't even know it was running. Very happy with it so far.

We've had this dishwasher for two and half years now. The lower rack quite frequently comes off of grooves to keep it in place. This makes me unreasonably enraged, like "Incredible Hulk, want to rip it out of the wall and throw it outside" rage. If there are too many dishes in it, I can't even get it back in place and I have to empty it and start over to get it in place. Sure it's quiet. But NOT worth it. I want to buy a new one but can't justify spending the money because this one is so new. I'm quite sure I would not get a refund for LG or Best Buy for my reasons for wanting to return it. Meanwhile, I'll try to find a reasonable outlet for my dishwasher-induced anger.....

Lasted 7 years and 9 days. As with all LG products they seem to only last between 5 & 7 years. With repairs needed intermittently.

My favorite part is the 3rd drawer it's perfect for those long spoons!

OE error, four trips out to fix without results. LG recalled part, filter was changed on fifth trip out, still got OE code. Took from March to June for them to take the dishwasher back.

Runs quietly and does a great job cleaning the dishes

We bought the refrigerator (LFXC24726S /02) and dishwasher (LDF7774ST) 2 years ago and the stove (LDG4315ST) and microwave 1 year ago. The only unit that has not required service is the microwave. The pump on the dishwasher is being replace (as I type this) for $383 (parts and labor). We were told a few years ago the pump was covered by warranty but LG decided not to cover it because the cost was killing LG so they decided to transfer the cost to the owner. It is also not part of the 10 year warranty. The serviceman just showed me a 3-4" blade with teeth on one side that was laying on top of the pump which he thinks might have led to the issue. Knowing how manufacturers are, I am sure they will create an answer on how it was not the issue. In the first year we got the refrigerator, we had 4 service calls. On the 5th call they finally replaced the freezer door. Ice was building up on the inner door and ice maker. The serviceman told us that he seen ice buildup on a number units and also replaced a number of doors as well. We were then stuck with the door to dispose of. They did cover the cost. The stove stopped igniting 1 week after being installed and we cannot bake anything thing in either oven. Either it is over baked or under backed so the edges don't over bake. After our last service call, LG sent us an email to purchase an extended warranty. Can you say revenue generator.

This was a top of the line dishwasher or so I thought. It doesnt dry my dishes all the way, the back of the tub has condensation days after I have run my load. One dish in each load has a rust colored residue on it and I have no clue where its coming from. The racks force you to load your dishes in a particular way, and after 60 days of having this thing, I still am trying to figure it out! I am currently looking into selling it for a cheaper better model.

Every rack corroded and rusted - replacements cost more than the dishwasher. LG help minimal at best - It's very quiet especially when it doesn't work also keeps the 10 year motor warranty in place.

So far so good. Very quiet. Not sure I like the racks though. Kind of awkward to load.

This is the most expensive, least effective dishwasher I have ever purchased. I normally do not take time to spill reviews but I thought I would take time out of my busy schedule to warn others NOT to buy this item. No matter what kind of detergent, it doesn't get the dishes clean! You must wash before or after using this dishwasher so what is the point in having one.

Disappointed with LG design. Poor drying, racks are flimsy and drop out of position. Silverware rack in sections that don't stay together. (3.15 hours to wash and completely dry)!!!! Loved new washer and dryer and thought I would purchase dishwasher. Not a good idea.

This died after 5 years. It also was noisy and sometimes didn't dry very well. We had it serviced once within the first year.

Couldn't ask for more. This has all of the features that I needed at a reasonable price.

This is a terrible dishwasher. I've had to have techs out to my house on 3 separate occasions because it stopped working 3 different times over the course of a few years. 2 times now we had to have the pump replaced. This unit has been broken for 2 months now and two different repairmen cancelled our appointment because they don't work on LG units saying, "they are a pain to work on". We finally got get squad to come out, but the first time they left without looking at it because we didn't pull the unit out from under the counter which is absolute nonsense. Will never recommend LG appliances.

Works great. Nice and quiet. Pretty expensive, but you get what you pay for.

So far the product has exceeded expectations and cleans very well.

I love all of my LG appliances, but this dishwasher has been a major disappointment. The bottom rack does not stay on. It's always falling off the track and is impossible to get back on when it's full of dishes. The bottom dishes always fall through because there aren't enough bars on it. I wish I could return it, but it matches everything else. Not up to LG standards. Pick something else.

It doesn't matter if I wash my dishes before they go in the dishwasher or not. This dishwasher is constantly clogged and the dishes are never clean. We have had to have the repair guy come twice already (it is 18 months old) and last night, it ERRORed out AGAIN and won't drain. I wish I could throw it out a window. Plus, the song it sings when it is finished is simply annoying. Don't buy this machine. It will give you nothing but headaches and dirty dishes.

I am very disappointed with the cleaning of this dishwasher. Even with thoroughly rinsing dishes, we still have dirty dishes. This is even with the 2.5 hour cycle. I would really like to exchange it for something different.
