Have only used this for a limited period of time so far, but so far so good. The bottom rack seems pretty solid, no wheel breakage although I have been careful about not overloading it. Addition of a third rack on top is nice. Impressed with the quality of LG overall compared to others in this pricerange. As with European models also, not happy about the whole having to use JetDry thing - not used to that. But otherwise good.

My wife and I love this except it's not good for wine glasses. Had to take 3rd shelf out. Couldn't put tall glasses in. This Dishwasher is SUPER quiet and cleans dishes great. The drying is great just make sure you use the Jet Dry liquid.

Love the third shelf for silverware. This is the quietest dishwasher ever! However, it does taken longer than my older inefficient dishwasher to complete a cleaning cycle. Not a big deal for me, I just turn it on before I go to bed.

Just bought it and had Best Buy install it. Looks great and it's quiet but it doesn't dry the middle rack as well. Hopefully running the normal cycle will help with the drying. Still got it at a decent price. Would recommend this LG dishwasher.

So far we love everything about this dishwasher, except for loose tines that hold plates apart. They fall over easy and we have to adjust often. However, this is the most quiet dishwasher we have ever owned and it CLEANS well.

Nice and quiet. Cleans well and no challenges with drying. Only challenge are the support feet at the front wind themselves down over time.

This was a replacement for my previous dishwasher which was approx 10 years old. I find my new dishwasher to be very quite, to the point at first I had to check it was on! It is also has a greater capacity than my old one, and racks that you can adjust to suite your needs. I like how the upper shelf adjusts - which I did, so I could fit tall glasses in. I also really like the very top shelf which is for cutlery, I use it for my sharp knifes and spatula's etc.

Love the third rack for silverware. Dishwasher works great. Not sure how it compares to other new dishwashers, but it is extremely quiet compared to the 12 year old dishwasher it replaced.

We have an open floor plan and I was nervous about how noisy this dishwasher would be but you can barely hear it. It cleans excellent and when the cycle is done the dishes are dry even though it does not have a heater.

Very quite does a better job then my old one. Lg customer service is no good had issue during installation but got it fixed no help from them

This washer does a fantastic job on dishes, even if they havent been prewashed. The first few times we ran it everyone held their breath trying to hear if it was on or not, its very quiet. Overall we're very happy.

I purchased this about a month ago and so far have been pretty happy. I like the 3rd row for cooking utensils to save room on the other rack. I have noticed the utensils don't always dry completely on there though. I like that the top rack can be moved up or down and that the prongs can be laid down on both shelves. I always run the cycle with extra rinse and extra dry so it takes almost 4 hours but I'm sleeping so I don't mind :) I have a little trouble with using the all in one dishwashing tablets because I am single and don't have many dishes they seem to be too much. I bought some regular solution and fill the soap tray halfway and that seems to be working better on small loads. The dishes are mostly dry but I do have issues with plastic things still being wet which is fine. This dishwasher does not have a heating element for drying but seems to do a pretty good job without.

I loiled for a long time to find the right dishwasher for our family. We found this one. It is so quiet. We hardly know it is running. Several cleaning options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this dishwasher. Love it

We really searched for the right one of these. I don't like washing dishes. This doesn't have a dryer or hard food disposer but so far that hasn't been an issue. Cleans dishes well and is very quiet. Happy so far.

The washer is very quiet and does an excelent job cleaning. The one thing I do not like is the very bright flashing led while its running. May be a setting I have not found yet

Very quiet. Cleans well. Racks don't store items well making them seem smaller than my prior dishwasher.

Good price & features. Was told free delivery and free installation all part of Best Buy and LG offer. When install started - and old unit was already on cart and out the front door - told would need $110 "electrical GFI outlet installed". That - doesn't sound like "free installation..." does it? When I pushed back I was put in contact with installer's supvr - verified free install and she said she'd bill Best Buy. So for me, they honored the deal. BTW - the electrical work took all of 3 mins - which I could have done myself, and, the GFI outlet costs about $12 at Home Depot.

I love this dishwasher it has a 3rd rack which I love to put small objects on. This washer cleans very well and does not leave water spots. The only thing I dislike is the bottom racks fall down very easily.

I love this dishwasher. The third shelf makes me so happy, and the adjustable-height middle shelf is amazingly useful. Pretty much everything inside is adjustable. It cleans well, I don't ever need to pre-rinse anything. However, one big caveat is that this dishwasher uses some technology other than hot air to dry, which I don't truly understand, but it requires rinse aid to do it. So, if you don't keep rinse aid in the dishwasher, the dishes don't come out dry. If you *do*, then everything is fantastic.
