Unfortunately the new $800 dishwasher is leaking onto my newly installed oak floor. Best Buy would not help me though I spent over $6,000 on appliances for the new kitchen. Called LG, who sent over a repairman more than a week later. He said the dishwasher needed to be tilted back (not level) and that he adjusted it and the problem was fixed. But of course it leaked again. The second LG repairman identified a "known issue" involving a faulty gasket. Parts have been ordered and we're waiting for the repair. Meanwhile, I would not say this dishwasher is very quiet. I'm disappointed.

I have done dozens of reviews over the years of my purchases from Best Buy and this is my first negative experience. The dishwasher worked for two loads but then coded out and had wait over a week to get a technician out to look at it. I had him walk me through everything and apparently anytime something brushes up against any of the spray bars the systems codes out...You either have pull the whole machine out to reach the issues and fix it or call a technician. The technician was nice and knowledgeable but basically said just him coming to the door and saying hi would cost $100...We have purchased multiple LG TVs and an LG fridge but we are seriously looking into returning this product. We are very busy people and have young kids and things get messy and a dishwasher that cannot handle the bumps and grinds has no place in our household. I love LG but I wouldn’t recommend this product, sorry.

Does not dry all the way but other than that is good.

This appliance is both beautiful and efficient. We purchased a full LG appliance package and received a huge discount!

Great looking and well performing dishwasher. Stainless steel also doesn’t show finger prints, which is a huge win!

Best Buy needs to look for new third party installers. I have had this a month now. The third party installers and cancelled changed and even not showed for appointments. Totally poor service.

It has taken us a little to get used to loading everything because it is so different from our last dishwasher. It cleans great and you don't even hear it running.

I did lots of research before purchasing this unit. All the data proved it was the "Best Buy"! Very satisfied.

I love all my new LG kitchen appliances. Recently redid my kitchen and got all LG models and it looks so good!!

I wanted to love this dishwasher, but at times it leaves food on our dishes & yes, I always rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. It also leaves spots on my glasses. It's not bad enough to return, just some food for thought.

Replaced my old dishwasher w/ an LG - I have had great experiences with LG and so far this one is working out great!

Run more than a few hundred cycles and everything is fine no leaks or issues.

Great options and looks great in the new kitchen. We love the style and even the chimes when it’s done.

Top controls are great! The load count down timer is feature that just makes sense for a dishwasher

This thing sure can WASH! When you run this bad boy on the turbo cycle it gets the job done!

Drove 45 minutes to store for open box item (excellent condition). Associate said there was only a 5 year warranty and neglected to tell me about the 3 year which I would've have gotten. When they were loading it into my vehicle, water was spinning out from unit. Anyways..... The unit was not in excellent condition. I realized when installing, the drain hose was cut off at the end and could not be hooked up without buying special items. I called to complain and they said they would give me $50 off and consider it a satisfactory item or I could return it (the manager didn't even talk to me). Satisfactory means that there may be non-essential parts missing. This part that was damaged/missing is a vital accessory that "impacts the performance" of the unit. By your own definition, I was overcharged by $135 with other online prices of same unit. I have spent 4 hours on phone (once connected to a dead line) and unhooking old washer and hooking back up. Your inspectors should be inspecting the returned items more thoroughly. Your Kohler, Wi should have more compassion with their customers. Resolve should be instantaneous, not "we can't do anything but escalate this and won't let you know the outcome or if we actually did something about it. Never had this issue before but holy moly, This should not be happening nor be this challenging!! Sincerely perturbed!

works great for small loads and large ones takes time to learn how all the controls work

Took some getting used to after switching from Samsung to LG, but now I’m glad we did.
