Love it. Looks great and is quiet. The normal wash/dry cycle seems long compared to my last dishwasher and I know the top rack should go up or down but I can’t easily get it to do so. Love the third rack on the top for knives.

I love the way this dishwasher looks, but I'm still waiting to have it installed, so I will be able to give a more thorough review once I've used it

Really like it but one issue is that it smells when I open it. We clean plates completely of food before putting them in the dishwasher.

Cleans well. Helps to have a water softener. The only issue is that it's noisy. The WIFI feature is pretty useless.

Good and quiet. Cleans very well. Fan at end is a bit noisy...kinda high pitched. Less space than our old Kenmore Elite due to limited tines on racks.

the stars is only for the appliance. zero stars for Geek Squads handling of the install and delivery. it was delivered and no one was able to come and do the install for a few weeks after delivery. so, it sat in my living rooms for weeks.

This washer is super quiet. We can't even hear it when it runs. Only negative is that the normal cycle leaves everything pretty wet.

It works so much better than our 20 year old dishwasher! I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t drying the dishes, it needs Jet Dry. I use it 2-3 times a day!

this is one of the best dishwashers I have yet to own. I love the fact that I can do half a load whether it be the top rack or bottom rack I tend to do the top rack More often by itself as my family goes through a lot of cups. This dishwasher tackles on caked-on stuck on food

We purchased this dishwasher in March, 2021. It came highly recommended from Best Buy. Quiet and did a good job until a few days ago. Geek Squad tech said it is the main board and/or the control and that replacing both was needed. The problem? The main board is not available. So a little over a year and it is dead. Seems like LG planned their 1 year warranty well, for them. While this is likely the exception it does seem like LG has trouble with consistent appliance quality. Commitment to continuous improvement will not provide a functioning dishwasher to us. Spending a few hundred dollars (if that is it) is a waste for an appliance that might not last another few months. While appliances will not last forever, it seems that 5-10 years is not a big ask.

Product is super, but the installation crew is not. If you can find it elsewhere, for similar price, with professional who know how to install, do it. Installation quality has really dropped over the past couple of years.

Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it currently isn't drying the dishes. LG is sending someone out to fix it and customer service was easy to deal with.

The normal cycle takes way too long to wash and dry. Also the dishes do not come out completely dry.

It works good, hard to install but if you follow the instructions it gets better, had it profesionales installed but the people didnt even set it even , had to fix it myself at the end, pointless to spend money on instalación

This is not a cheap dishwasher. It takes close to 3 hours for a normal cycle. The items on the top shelf do not get completely dry and the top tray leaves everything wet. The worse part is after it washes the dishes it has an annoying whine that goes on for hours. I cannot stay in the kitchen, it drives me batty!

Awesome dishwasher! Loved the numerous options, such as dual zone, ability to lower the top rack, 3rd rack, half-zone wash, wifi connections... the options go on and on to fit my needs! Highly recommend.

Great dishwasher. Like the separate silverware tray as it frees up space on the other two racks. Allows for maximum stuffing of dishes and pans.

This was the only model I could get that matched my refrigerator due to the pandemic. It is louder than my old one sadly but it’s not terrible. The kick plate on this and all LG models is horrible-be aware. I didn’t focus on and couldn’t believe how unfinished it looks. The third party delivery experience was awful.

Good overall. Racks have rusted pretty quickly. But very quiet

So far I’m not happy with this product. If you don’t use the “extended dry” option, the dishes are still wet when the cycle is finished. This increases power usage in my mind. Also, because there’s only four of us and we don’t run the dishwasher but once a week or so, there’s a stench emanating from the dishwasher, a terrible order, in fact. Lastly, the controls are hidden, so you can’t see the time left during the cycle.
