I like the third rack for my steak knives that have wooden handles. I love the black stainless look and not having to worry about fingerprints showing.

My dishes are soaking wet after every cycle and even after it sits. I should have read other reviews as it seems there is no heating element in this model. Real bummer because it’s pretty and not too noisy!

After less than 2 months, I began receiving an HE error. Today the service person was able to replace the control board. He could not wait around for the cycle to finish, but when the dishwasher was done it still had the HE error. He mentioned that this model has a lot of issues. So, now I will have to wait for the repair person to return and I am sure order something else. I was initially very excited for this machine because it is extremely quiet. Now I am VERY disappointed that I bought an entire kitchen suite of LG appliances.

Yeah funny right, its so quiet that its hard to tell when it is on. Probably the best dishwasher i have ever owned.

Not Working properly and pending repair appt. Keeps stopping with an error and has to be restarted. Auto function just pumps and pumps. Had to stop it. WiFi diagnostics does not work. Might return if they can't repair it.

Really like that the top drawer is adjustable to make room for taller dishes in the the bottom when needed. Installation was a breeze.
