Used for 2 weeks , door locked. Spent day and half to unlock it. Decided to exchange for different model.

The product might work great, but the installation was faulty. Kink in the water outage hose.

We had to return this as it did not function properly after the 2nd try.

It does not fit many dishes. Always moist in dish Washer.

Great dishwasher!! This thing is very quiet. If not for the light on the top, I would never know it was running. Dishes come out clean and dry. The third tray is awesome, great for silverware or utensils. It even comes with wifi. I've never had a dishwasher let me know it's done cleaning the dishes.

Very quiet dishwasher. Good buy for the $$$. Quite large capacity, great loading options. Seems energy efficient. Functional via wi-fi/smart phone.

Super quiet, Looks sleek, cleans relatively well. Top third utensil rack doesn’t get cleaned very well if the center rack is completely loaded. Only real problem is, almost five years later, one of the LEDs on the control board went out and now I’m going to attempt a warranty repair.

I love how quite it is. So far everything has come out very clean and shiny.

Excellent product- cleans good, efficient, quiet, and simply does a good job. LG products are of a high quality and I recommend this product.

Well it's great. But for stainless steel the inside rusted super quickly after about 4 months. And now the motor quit working. Getting an LE error.

One big plus - it is quiet. Otherwise, comparing to Maytag I had before, it is really bad. Top cutlery rack is useless, knives and spoon are coming out dirty. Normal cycle is 2.75 hours - it is not an energy saver. (Maytag's cycle was half of that). Shorter cycle (Turbo) delivers dirty dishes. Design of the bottom rack is not smart - cannot accommodate all the plates, Manual has puzzling instructions, such as (p.27): "Close the door first and then press the Start button..." If you close the door, you cannot press anything. Very disappointing machine.

Mid-range. Good 3-1/2 to 4 years and now we get random problems.

I would Highly Recommend this Dishwasher. Very quite when running

Our less than two year old LG dishwasher had the motor burn out. Long story short the parts are under warranty but labor is our expense. We called Best Buy to set up a service call, they won’t order the part without payment ($350.00 part which is under warranty) because they have a hard time getting LG to reimburse them. We would have to pay for the part, the service call, and installation and try to get reimbursed from LG ourselves. If the vendor can’t get reimbursed I don’t have much faith that I would either. We then found a technician from a local company that would work on it, he would need to come out and diagnose it($89)and we would order the part ourselves from LG with a copy of the service call receipt. Not ideal but no other option to not be out $350 and waiting for LG to maybe reimburse us. The technician then discovered the wiring harness was charred as well and said he can’t work on it if it could or has caught fire. The wiring harness is $187.00. We now have no one that will work on the dishwasher and LG refuses to send the parts to our home, they will only send them to a technician which we would have to start all over with service calls due to the wiring harness being charred. So we have paid for a service call and still no parts or a way to fix it. LG ended the chat today when they were asked if we could talk to a manager or someone that could help us. We have been polite and patient through this whole process, we just want a working dishwasher. The technician that did come out said LG dishwashers are notorious for this problem and are known for their horrendous customer service. The positive reviews are likely from those who haven’t had the dishwasher more than a year. Best Buy was no help at all in making this right. I will never purchase another LG appliance or purchase from Best Buy. I feel Best Buy should stand behind the products they sell and at the very least work with LG on warranty calls so the customer isn’t out almost $500 in parts alone on a warranty repair. We are giving up and purchasing a Bosch from a retailer that stands behind the products they sell. Unfortunately, Best Buy will not. LG for sure does not. This has been a disappointing and costly lesson.

It worked well just for 4 years bought it in March 2020, and it just stopped working April 2024. So only lasted 4 years, has a part malfunction and will cost $580+ to fix. This is the last time I will buy LG appliances.

The pump motor went out after two years and the part alone can be up to $300 if you buy directly from LG. I found it on Amazon for less.

Love this dishwasher. I haven't had any major issues.

Motor died 1.5 years after purchase (June 2020). Our options…get a motor covered under ext warranty and pay for repairs (and hope we get the motor in a reasonable amount of time…thank you supply chain shortages) or just buy a new dishwasher, pay a little more and actually have a working dishwasher again. If I could rate it ZERO starts I would. We bought this from Best But and are so incredibly disappointed that we wasted $700 on this piece of junk. I will never purchase anything LG again.

Nice wishwasher but i have had 2 main issues with in in less than 3 years. notto reliable

The racks inside are awkward. Glasses don’t stand up well. The adjustable tynes fall down constantly!!! The normal wash cycle is 2.5 hours. Very long. It is quiet. But frustrating to load.
