We purchased this particular dishwasher to match other suite of LG appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, and cooktop) and because of the 3rd rack and low decibels. The dishwasher is super quiet and operates well, but I do not find us really utilizing the 3rd rack enough to give up the apparent smaller height in the 2nd middle rack. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is really due to the bottom rack. It is a pain to roll out and roll back again. It gets stuck going in and out every single time. My last dishwasher was smooth transition the whole way through pulling out the rack and pushing back in. It requires a lot of force and maneuvering, so much so that it rattles the dishes when you pull-out/push-in the bottom rack. Other than the issue with rack it works great, but the issue with the rack is a major flaw.

This is a great dishwasher. It looks and works great, and the install is very easy. It is very quiet as well. I like everything about this dishwasher. Highly recommend it. The delivery guys that delivered it to my house were very professional and very courteous. I hope these guys deliver anything I order from Best Buy. They deserve a raise.

I had a non working dishwasher from 1988. This dishwasher really cleans & dries the dishes beautifully. Luckily I’m having my kitchen cabinets replaced though because with my old cabinets the handle to open the new dishwasher sticks out so far that I can’t open the silverware drawer...so be aware of that if your dishwasher location is on a 45 degree angle to a cabinet. Otherwise I also like the top controls rather than the side controls.

Everything shining and clean and the top trey really helps with all the odd ball stuff and small items

This is our 2nd LG dishwasher. Our last one lasted 9 years. Love the extra shelf on top. A little loud when you do the quick cycle but you cant hear it at all for normal cycles. Very stylish and fits right in with our other LG appliances. Highly recommend. Best Buy made it easy. Never use Home Depot.

This dishwasher is so quiet I can't tell if its even running! I gave it four stars because it doesn't seem to be drying as well as previous dishwasher that was very old. To be fair though, I've not had time to read the owner's manual, so perhaps the issue could be rectified if I looked into it.

Very easy to install and is very quiet running. Definitely a fantastic buy! Best Buy customer service was fantastic as well because I had an issue with Home Depot after having appliances on order for 3 months and best buy had it in stock!

Satisfied with our new LG Dishwasher that replaced our 20 year old dishwasher. We have not yet used all the smart features yet, but we are very happy with the clean and dry dishes that it turns out every time!
