We rinse our dishes before putting them in. Have noticed if we don't, may have to wash some of the dishes again. Could be just how we are stacking them in the washer. But, not sure. Still glad we purchased it.

Dishes come out sparkling clean, smell good and and absolutely no spots! Would definitely recommend to others!

It cleans thoroughly and dries everything perfectly. The thinQ wifi app is great, it keeps track of the rince agent, displays time to completion and diagnostic info.

Love the third drawer for sponges flat items, and utensils. Wish the drawers were more durable, as I notice the drawers are made with lightweight plastic. Looks beautiful. Turbo clean feature is nice.
