Works great, the only thing that could be better is that the "Normal" cycle lasts about 2.5 hrs, which is a lot longer than our older DW. On the other hand, the dishes come out very clean, and apparently it uses less water, which is good for the environment. Not silent, but the low noise level is great. The third upper rack is a bit sticky to pull out but we're glad it's there, we put all the tall wooden spoons, spatulas, etc. up there. Overall happy with purchase.

Its 10x better. Cleans good on first stroke.. love it. Glad the other broke. LG never fails

LG claimed a 2 year warranty for racks but I kept my printed manual and it says 5 YEARS. See photos. Racks rusted very quickly, maybe 18 months. I had to send these photos to LG before they would honor the warranty. After 3 ½ years the pump motor went bad. Best to get an extended service plan for LG junk appliances. DIY repair takes 10 minutes after pulling unit out and laying it on it's back. I offered to send old pump in exchange for new one and accept a voided warranty. LG refused, but that's standard procedure. RIGHT TO REPAIR laws!
