Open Box - Good value but....

In our case, no instructions, no floor base plate, or electrical box cover. Attempts to secure the missing items were fruitless from Best Buy. The outlet referred us to their 800 parts service and parts sent us back to the outlet. We gave up. The machine itself works well.

Does not clean most of the dishes on top rack I have to wash them after !! And it has a very bad drying system the dishes always come out wet , it takes more than 2 hours to finish the cycle and after that i have to wash most of dishes again!!! The only good thing about it it’s really quiet but I would prefer a noisy good dishwasher rather than bad quiet one , I had a whirpool old dishwasher and it was way better than this garbage!! I wish if i can return it

Great dishwasher and great features!

Quiet, love the Quadwash, and gets dishes squeaky clean! This was recommended to us from the Best Buy rep on the floor when we were replacing our GE from our builder, 7 years ago. This is way better than our old GE and I only wish we had done this sooner!

We searched at Home Depot before looking at Best Buy, but with their price matching and great selection, we were able to get the newer version of this dishwasher for only a little more than what we would have paid at HD. I love the 3 racks and the adjustability! Works perfectly for what we need.

After 50 some odd years of it being in the door, having it on the side is a pain. Salesman told me I could move it to door, but after installing learned that it could not. Bummer!!!!!
