Steam is great. Quiet. Looks good too. I use it at night.

I liked the aesthetics of the dishwasher and install was not hard. I am still getting used to not using a heating element to dry the dishes and then being wet unless you opt for “overnight dry” which is a tiny fan that goes on and off intermittently after the cycle is done. My biggest gripe, aside from the app not being worth much, is the advertised noise vs actual decibels levels. I tested this extensively with several different sound meters and in different scenarios and in silence it keeps my dog awake because it is NOT 42 decibels it averages 61 decibels and at its loudest hits 85.3 decibels. So if you’re getting it for low noise, look elsewhere.

Good dishwasher but not great. Love the 3 rows and holds lots of dishes. Leaves some dishes a little too wet. Seems to be a problem with a lot of different brands. But it is very quiet.

Lots of options and so far all we have tried work really well. Quiet too. Received a good sale price too.

This dishwasher is excellent! I’m in love. My old Kenmore dishwasher died about 5 years ago so I forgot how wonderful it was it have a dishwasher. LG appliances are great products. Highly recommended.

Dishwasher was a good choice for me. Good value for what I paid. Enjoyed the promotion with the install & haul away. Product is probably "too smart" for me with all the options, bells and whistles - but has more than met my needs.

Maybe the installer placed the unit too deeply into the kitchen counter; however when the door is closed, cannot see or read the controls located on the top side of the door.

Great dishwasher. Works great our families multiple varieties of dish ware. Used to wash babies bottles by hand but this dishwasher gives the comfort of clean and sterilized. The wifi was a selling point, however, it doesn’t do much other than let you know the wash is complete on your phone.

LG makes the best dishwashers they are far the best for the money.

There are many typical items like tall glasses and many different style typical bowls that just don’t fit well in the washer. We’ve read all directions and loading suggestions, tried numerous different ways ourselves. Basically it means we can’t fit much in the dishwasher before running it. We also have to use the longer steam wash in order to achieve clean dishes. It doesn’t dry everything. The fish oi had before it was $300 and did the same job while fitting more dishes. For over $1,000 I hoped it would be better for sure.

I'm not sure why the LG dishwasher is so loud even though it is advertised as 46dba. LG needs to learn what is dishwasher is meant for and then design it. I like the outer look of it but nothing about the performance. I had a whirlpool gold model purchased in 2013 and it performed much better than this and dried dishes in an hour cycle. LG model takes 3 to 4 hours of the time wash cycle and dries the medicore. The dishes are still wet after 4 hours of running this machine. definitely do not recommend the LG brand for sure. I'm stuck with it and never would buy again this brand. please do not buy and look for a better appliance brand. Appearance is not always the priority. Performace is.

It doesn't seem to dry the load as well as our old machine did, even though it is supposed to be soo much better. It does run quieter though
