The distance between the two shelves is great. But, the bottom shelf falls off the track each time I pull it out to fill. The steam is a good added feature.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not quite happy with this dishwasher for the following reasons: 1) After a "normal" wash cycle, most of the dishes are not dry 2) When using the turbo wash cycle, it makes an unpleasant noise 3) The space arrangement for pots and pans is not good 4) The top control panel could be annoying if you accidentally touch the keys when opening/closing the door

The installers said it would go away after a few times of running it yet here I am 3 months later and it's still doing it. It also doesn't dry well. My 16 year old dishwasher drained much quieter and dried better. Did I just get a bad unit? If someone has any solutions to these issues, I would greatly appreciate it. I wanted so badly to love this.

I think a video presentation for technical toads like me would help. Also, concave bottom of cups collect too much water for washer to dry.

The only thing about this washer and it probably is a problem with every washer out there is the time it takes. Three hours is a long time to wash dishes! Other than that it's great. No smudges on the outside either.

Very quiet and seems as though the complaints of dishes not getting clean have disappeared as well. I use the autowash setting pretty exclusively and use Cascade platinum pods on it.
