Although the running cycle is very quiet, it is EXTREMELY loud when draining. The installers said it would go away after a few times of running it yet here I am 3 months later and it's still doing it. It also doesn't dry well. My 16 year old dishwasher drained much quieter and dried better. Did I just get a bad unit? If someone has any solutions to these issues, I would greatly appreciate it. I wanted so badly to love this.

Still getting to know how it works. I think a video presentation for technical toads like me would help. Also, concave bottom of cups collect too much water for washer to dry.

Very nice Dishwasher. Just installed haven’t used it yet, but will update when I do. If it works as good as it looks I’ll be a happy consumer!

it was a floor model display and worked like a charm but it missed a few parts for mounting.

I love the third rack! The only thing about this washer and it probably is a problem with every washer out there is the time it takes. Three hours is a long time to wash dishes! Other than that it's great. No smudges on the outside either.

Not quite happy with this dishwasher for the following reasons: 1) After a "normal" wash cycle, most of the dishes are not dry 2) When using the turbo wash cycle, it makes an unpleasant noise 3) The space arrangement for pots and pans is not good 4) The top control panel could be annoying if you accidentally touch the keys when opening/closing the door

Excellent, but the drying fan blade keeps sliding on the motor shaft which then makes it rattle :( I will cut some grooves on the motor shaft, then epoxy it) Everything else is awesome

nice dishwasher, its in one of my rentals. The issue Ive been having is dishwasher turning off. had to have tech come through to fix

This replaced a starting to leak Kenmore that also had control panel issues. Very quiet and seems as though the complaints of dishes not getting clean have disappeared as well. I use the autowash setting pretty exclusively and use Cascade platinum pods on it.

Had been looking at this dishwasher and caught a good sale over July 4th so decided to get it for our garage apartment.

Doesn't dry very well ,tried different cycles and still some items are damp or wet

Nice. Works as expected. A bit louder than our former LG dishwasher but we have gotten used to it. Wish the utensils basket had a few wider slots for bigger utensils.

So far so good! I still really don't think the upper silverware shelf is that useful, but it seems like they are in all the dishwashers now! Best Buy staff was great and saved us a lot of money! Dishes come out GREAT!!

Easy to load. Cleans well. Dries thoroughly on "normal wash" and "extra dry" settings although the 3hr cycle may be a bit long for some folks used to dishwashers with heating coils.

There were a lot of choices for a dishwasher. The salesperson was great. Helped me select the right dishwasher and then the best way to purchase it. To top it off they delivered it within a few days.

Works great, love this machine. Have had it 2 years now with no issues. Well, except the bottom rack is difficult to slide sometimes, but it always works out.
