We worked with LG support as it was still in warranty. After four technician visits, the unit has had its motor replaced twice, and it still makes a high-pitched noise during the cycle. We are still dealing with LG support to work through this issue, but we have lost all faith in the brand at this point due to the intial issues plus back and forth with the company.

Extremely frustrating experience.

For the 2nd time in less than a year I have to replace the racks because they have rusted. They do not hold up at all to normal use. I do not like the control being where I can't see the time and if it accidentally gets opened before it's done (over 3 hours!!) it screws it up. Even with extra dry setting selected it doesn't dry very well. I will say it's quiet.

This will be my last LG purchase.
