We had to remove the third rack on it because water was not reaching it to clean forks and knives. After 2 years the second rack went out too and glasses and items stopped getting cleaned as well.

It is reasonably quiet, large and has the third tray. It also looks nice. However, the dishwasher does not do the basic functions well at all - that is washing and drying. Dishes were coming out dirty on a regular basis and even when we used the "super dry" mode, the dishes were still coming out wet. Would not recommend this LG dishwasher at all!

The install crew was inexperienced and almost ran away without completing their job. My partner to plead them to stay and complete install since we have a 3 year old and cannot have uninstalled dishwasher sitting in house due to safety concerns. The bestbuy sales team had assured us during the purchase that the install team will take care of any issues but their words didn't match at all with the unexperienced and unprofessional install crew. we are disappointed to have made this purchase. The dishwasher is installed finally however its not correct install and we are worried this is going to have an impact on the life and operational characteristics of dishwasher. anyway we have learned out lesson hard way. Next time onwards I will make sure to only deal with retailers who are able to offer their own installation crew.

Bad rack design not quiet
