    The water never actually DRIES so our glasses all have to be wiped down no matter which method we try. Very dissatisfied

    So far ok, louder than I thought. Make sure you dont have any dish washing liquid on dishes when you put rhem into the dishwasher.

    I am very disappointed with this LG dishwasher. It is louder than the GE it replaced even though the db raiting is supposedly lower. It also does not dry dishes very well even on the "Extra Dry" or "Night Dry" mode, which is an overnight option. I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it. I should have just gotten the less expensive Insignia.

    Honest review, but beware of warranty

    If I could give LG a zero star I would. Our dishwasher is 3 months old and the unit suddenly stopped working. LG customer support has won the award for minimal support. They contracted to work out to Sears repair and our repair has been pushed out 4 weeks. I'm sorry but that is unacceptable for a repair status. I recently bought six LG appliances and I'm really starting to regret it.

    My product is great, my hard wood floors on the other hand from the crappy company Best Buy goes through installing it sucks. They did not tighten the water line to the dish washer and ruined my hardwood floors. This happened in January I was suppose to have been contacted by someone and here we are almost march and not a word. I have called sent in numerous emails, I have received emails back, and all they say is I’m sorry let me contact someone to escalate this and still nothing. This has been “escalated” 3 times so far and Notta. Not sure what to do at this point.

    Giving this a 1-star rating because of LG warranty. Purchased and installed on 2/23/23. Today is 4/5/24 and the dishwasher has been leaking for a week. Spent 2 hours on the phone with LG to go over what is wrong and shipping me off to someone to schedule a repair only for them to try and sell me an extended warranty for $300. It is only when I asked that the told me they would not fix it for free because warranty is only 1 year.

    We bought a whole appliance package and have had trouble with Every piece and it hasnt even been 2 years! The heating element apparently just went out on the dishwasher, indicated by it’s excessive beeping. Our oven door wont close all the way. Our water for our fridge has this white powdery substance in it. Our microwave has a short in the number display. LG doesnt cate to try to help and best buy wasnt any help either. Unbelievable.

    It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received the product!!! No help or communication from the store whatsoever, I have 2 open requisition cases going on 3 weeks, still haven’t here back from a manager at the store or corporate!! Total tech membership means nothing this is the worst experience we have ever had. 4 scheduled and then cancelled delivery dates, took off work 4 times for nothing and didn’t even get an apology and still don’t have me product.

    Options too >complicated, terrible to load, sticks out, handle collects crumbs, racks chintzy. I should have stuck with Bosch!

    I purchased this dishwasher in late 2021; it has been sitting in my garage since early 2022. Witching three months the circuit board malfunctioned. I called LG, repairman came out and replaced the circuit board and the panel. The dishwasher went out a second time, at which point I requested a refund from LG, and my request was honored: I purchased a suite (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and double oven). The double oven is the only appliance that is still working properly.

    Open box means USED/BROKEN?

    Parts were missing. The drain hose pulled out of dishwasher and unable to reinstall. Legs were broken. The number to the BB Outlet from which we purchased disconnects the call no matter which option we choose. Chat is "Waiting for an agent We'll be with you in about 661 minutes."

    after using for 2 weeks, we started noticing the issues. - The wash cycle is too long - water leaks - Installation is done by best buy - noticed burnt smell, when we opened the door, lot of smoke from it which triggered the smoke alarm. When I called Best buy, they scheduled appt after 8 days and suggested me to wash the utensils manaully till then :)
