It doesn’t work! I’ve been trying to get help with no results

It still has not been installed. Our installation has been rescheduled 7 times.

Not a good appliance at all don’t buy from Best Buy

This dishwasher is very quiet and the top tray is surprisingly functional. You can drop the middle tray down to accommodate taller cups and still have room for large plates on the bottom. I love how the setting buttons are hidden creating a clean look.

It lived up to and beyond my expectation 2 thumbs up . Lots of room. Users friendly.Easy to install

This is a million times better than the GE dishwasher we had. It has very easy to use controls, very quiet, and cleans the dishes very well.

This dishwasher works great. It is quiet has.lots.ofmfeatures and live the fingerprint free festure. Very happy worth the money!!

So far - quiet operation, and cleans well. Also, very installation-friendly, with all leveling screws accessible from the front. Typical, excellent LG quality.

This is truly the best dishwasher I have ever had. I am very picky! Cleans the dishes really well and the set up for my dishes is perfect. Would recommend it to all my friends.

Best dishwasher I ever had. Everything comes out clean and dry. The only drawback is the time it takes, but I love my clean dishes and the ease of loading the dishwasher with the 3rd rack.Much easier on my back.

Just installed it and have run several times and have noticed that the dishwasher is extremely quiet, it has also performed exceptionally.

Washes dishes quite well. Unfortunately after 2 1/2 years the motor started screaming at us which sounds like a car engine revving. This is a lightly used machine being only my husband and myself and family once a week. The new motor is $250. Very disappointing.

A VERY QUIET dishwasher! Also, Best Buy beat the pricing and delivery date of the local merchant. Installers were professional and competent. A surprisingly positive, pleasant experience. Arrived on time and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before they left. A++

Very nice product runs quietly. Was not easy to get started at first but once you get the hang of it it is great.

We haven’t had it for long, but we’re loving it so far. Definitely quieter than my old dishwasher. Love the third rack.

Washes and dries dishes just like the first LG we had in a prior home and is very quiet . Great machine

I have waited 4 yrs for this new dishwasher! It has been installed & I have used in for 2 days. So far I am very impressed. Unfortunately, the instructions were lax; didn't tell me I had to hit: "start" along with "power & cycle"; so I thought it didn't work for 2 times. I figured it out; glasses are gorgous; love the top utensil shelf!! A little "leery" re: how long the cycles are; how much more is it going to add to our electric bill!!??

I have only had this dishwasher 1 week but so far there seems to be an issue. The installation didn’t go well at first but not installer’s fault the hot water shut off was stuck so I had to get a plumber out to replace and have to re schedule install. The next installer Ramon was excellent, turned out my 9 yr old Samsung was hardwired and Ramon said he could just install a new socket. Install was great. First run went well, dishes clean and loved the adjustable racks and 3rd rack. Second wash used the steam function came in kitchen and found water drips on the floor. Looked at the top of the door and massive amount of water had collected along the underside of the countertop. I had to keep wiping down the top of the door and the water was so hot I was worried it would warp the countertop! I plan on calling Best Buy and will likely return for a reliable Bosch. Disappointed as I had done a lot of research before choosing this LG.
