This machine worked great for four days. The middle rack slides were never smooth and on the forth use, the slides locked up, not allowing the door to close. "So what does the dish washer do??????" Nothing! I told the repair person, on the phone, that they should sent new slides with the repairman. They sent roller brackets. The repairman went to order the rack slides, but now they are on back order. We have a nice looking new dish washer that doesn't work.

The door fell off when the band that holds it snapped. The lower tray wheels melted and broke off - all of this happened within the first four months. Warranty might as well forget it. Parts are either back ordered or not available. Dished seldom even come clean, I forgot this Is a dishwasher - I have so many other issues I forgot what it is supposed to do. Water pours of the bottom, so buy enough rags to soak it up

It is SO quiet (42 dba) and has a number of wash options including a 1 hour wash that works quite well. The racks are very sturdy and don’t wobble like the higher price brand.

It was loud and didnt clean he dishes and silverware well. This LG is great. Third rack is great for silverware. Second rack you can easily adjust the height. Super quiet. Very happy with this selection.

Bad Top Rack twice and leaked.

Purchased and returned twice due to the bearings locking up. The second unit started leaking water for some reason likey gasket or installation related. LG is great for some products but my luck didn't give a good impression on dishwashers. Cleaned well and liked the features but can't have it do the basic functions like not leak or pull the top rack out

Gently wipe the rollers and rail tracks with a soft, damp cloth, then reinsert the rack to ensure smooth gliding—this often restores proper function without needing a full replacement.
For the leak issue, make sure the dishwasher is perfectly level and the door gasket is clean and undamaged. Place a level inside the tub along the front and side walls; if it’s off, adjust the leveling feet until water poured into the bottom pools centrally. Next, inspect the door seal for any residue or tears—clean gently with mild soap and water so the gasket seats tightly against the tub.

We couldn't be happier with this machine. More flexible options in the interior and does a great job on the dishes

I have been using it for 3 months now, the 1 hour wash is hit & miss to actually get the dishes clean. Must use the auto or normal wash which is 2.5 hours long. The bottom rack is only 2 rows: there’s an awkward gap in the middle where a 3rd row could be to hold more plates, but it’s just empty. The middle rack is deeper, which makes the spinner hit the plates below it or anything tall. And the top rack is essentially useless. I wish I would have installed it sooner so I could return it. My Samsung was better but it broke.

Does a great job on drying which is always a big issue with dishwashers. Dishes and glasses all dry spotless. Best Buy was great and did a great job on delivery.
