I do recommend getting the 5yr replacement warranty from Best Buy as we had the model prior to this for 5 yrs when it had an issue that couldn’t be fixed had one month left on warranty and Best Buy replaced it with this newer version. Really love that warranty!

It gets stuck and we have to play with it to go in. Also, does not fit any size bowl very well. I normally love LG products and loved my previous dishwasher that was an LG. However, not a fan of this model.

Dishwasher started leaking after 2 months. The cycles are incredibly long. Dishes will not dry unless you choose dry boost. Dishes are clean when finally done. My bigger issue has been the 3rd party installers. I paid BB $179 to install. One guy blew me off, didn’t come inspect the dishwasher but diagnosed over the phone . Dishwasher to be replaced. Another installer no showed yesterday . BB had no record of appointment when I called to see why the guy didn’t show up. I have serious buyer’s remorse. $1,000 later and it will be 3 weeks of washing dishes by hand. BB will not refund my $179 installation fee although I was told they’ve received many complaints about Overstreet Installation. BB should refund my fee and most definitely charge it back to the installer for services not performed. The multiple phone calls and the process dragging out has been annoying and exhausting. I’m over it and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Unacceptable service.

Three adjustable sliding shelves for dishes, pots/pans, flatware. And so quiet! Plus the sleek look. Controls are on the top of the door, which makes controlling settings easy or use your phone to adjust/set/turn on/off.

I’m normally pretty hard on dishwashers and I expect them to work well without pre-rinsing. This one does that extremely well. This model beats the pants off my old GE Profile and gets a heavy cycle done 2hrs faster with sanitization.

Works great Very quiet love the added features

We bought it a month ago and love the added features. The chime at start up and ending is very helpful. It js so quiet that you can’t hardly hear it running while standing next to it. I usually have to stop my conversation and listen to hear it. I wish it wiild dry dishes a bit better, but that is the only downfall.
