Waited 2 weeks for a replacement dishwasher and BB corporate cancelled the delivery appointment.

On normal setting some dishes do not get cleaned, especially the knife rack. With heated dry dishes do not completely dry. It is quiet, but dishes need to be clean.

Im taking my Step Moms advice regarding the purchase/replacement of major appliances- "spend less, replace every few years". Even though she's in her 80s, I finally "get it".

Not worth the extra step and time

Horrible installation still doesn’t work

I have literally called Best Buy six times to try to schedule a repair. My frustration at this point is undeniable.
