    We tried 1 hr setting and were very disappointed. On normal setting some dishes do not get cleaned, especially the knife rack. With heated dry dishes do not completely dry. It is quiet, but dishes need to be clean.

    Great dishwasher. BB has a new policy where no one can talk to the local store for returns, replacements, repairs, or purchases. Waited 2 weeks for a replacement dishwasher and BB corporate cancelled the delivery appointment.

    Had to return it. Water kept coming out of the spray heads after it was turned off and even unplugged. Had to shut off the water to get it to stop. Never got to use it from the first clean run after installation.

    It doesn't work. It doesn't clean dishes and it doesn't drain the water. Obviously a bad item but trying to get it fixed or replaced is a lot of time and effort.

    It died in < 2 months. We used it 6 times b4 it just died which, IMHO, is outrageous. It's going back to BB asap. Im taking my Step Moms advice regarding the purchase/replacement of major appliances- "spend less, replace every few years". Even though she's in her 80s, I finally "get it".

    Very dissapointed with this dishwasher! The dishwasher leaves the dishes sopping wet! The cycles are too long. You cannot stop and open the dishwasher once it has started! Too many issues!
