I’m retuning this one and exchanging it for a different brand. Low quality

Upon attempting to draw out the rack with slight force, the rack's ball bearings began falling into the tub. Not a happy camper. I would not buy, nor recommend, this unit to anyone.

The middle rack is designed with ball-bearing glides for smooth operation, and if these components become misaligned or dislodged during use or installation, it can affect movement. We recommend checking that the rack is seated evenly on both tracks and that the stoppers are securely in place.

Worst service ever

This was only because they were lying to us. Was delayed by 2 weeks. Sales person- Lance, was rude and no help. Ended up cancelling and buying from Lowes. Was two hundred dollars cheaper, and they waved the $94 delivery charge. Best buy wanted $150. Best buy is not the store they used to be, absolutely no customer services!!!

I bot this model for the energy rating but I wish I looked more closely at the configuration of the prongs.

I then concluded after these two experiences, the quality of this product is not reliable. Swimming to Kitchenaid.

I can hear it running from another room. My 39 db Kenmore that I had to replace, I had to put my ear to it to hear it. Figured 3 db wouldn't be significant. Well seems it is.
