    Don't buy from Best Buy!!!!! You've been warned!

    This dishwasher has not worked properly since we bought it. We have had the installers out 3 times to try to check how level it is, and for other issues and it still doesn't work. Best Buy was been absolutely NO HELP at all! I would highly recommend buying applicances from anywhere but Best Buy. They do not stand by what they sell, and only hide behind their 15 day return policy (even though it takes more days than that for the installers to come back out to supposedly "fix" things). And working with LG to get them to fix it or exchange it has been just as bad. Please, buy your applicances from anywhere other than Best Buy if you want to be protected in case you happen to get a lemon. These things happen, and we just want to exchange for a new one, we are not even looking for a refund. But Best Buy doesn't care at all about customer service. Do NOT buy from them!!!!!

    I was very disappointed in the installation. I was told that the install team would be top-notch and therefore I paid for the additional service. The installation team came and was perfectly nice, however, they could not install my dishwasher as I had been told they would. There was zero communication in advance that I should check the waterline connection size, and that it may not fit the dishwasher. Because of the discrepancy, the dishwasher was not installed, and I have been doing dishes for several days. I am waiting for a new install, but was told that I would be responsible for purchasing an adapter. I was told that I would be told what adapter size to buy, however, that did not happen. I was also told that I would get a call back to schedule the reinstall, but I never did. Therefore, I had to do it myself online. Overall, the install has not met my expectations nor the agreement with Best Buy.

    Had a Samsung prior to this one and this LG just does not add up. Has less space to load bowls and the 3rd top utensil shelf is difficult to load and does not accommodate the knives as well. Very disappointed in this model and it was mor expensive.

    I'm sorry I listened to the positive reviews for this machine and have to give a very negative review. First, the "free" installation wasn't "free" since lines and water connections had to be changed. The machine came with the wrong bottom rack. But, worst of all, plates, bowls and glasses come out dirty, even after scraping off the loose food, as instructed by LG. Cooking spray, egg residue, dried-on sauces and other "dirt" remains. And some glasses come out with black spots; some even crack or break if they touch another item! I regret my purchase, especially since LG has not been able to provide any useful suggestions about how I can get this machine to work properly. Back to hand-washing! I'd get a new machine if they weren't so expensive and if installation wasn't expensive as well.

    Junk. Avoid. Makes noises with every cycle change (dry rubber to metal rubbing noise). Best Buy wouldn’t take it back. We had out kitchen aid die. Should have bought a Bosch. Skip this brand.

    This dishwasher is not good. We had it for about a month, tried to see if things would get better. They didn't. The washer itself does not clean as well as our old GE that unfortunately died. That's my biggest complaint. I have to re-wash items or basically have them clean prior to putting in the dishwaher. Also, the top rack has angled stems, and nothing fits right.

    How to Lose a Customer

    This review is about the ordering experience and customer support from Best Buy. The entire ordering ideal was a bait and switch at best, and straight up fraud objectively. After the technician informed us "free installation" meant "not free installation" we contacted Best Buy customer service. According to the rep from Best Buy, free installation meant free installation. However, today when the technician returned 10 days later he repeated what he originally told us. When we contacted Best Buy customer service (while he was there and the call was on speaker), we apparently were put in contact with a malfunctioning AI who could neither comprehend what we were saying, told the tech he shouldn't be talking to us and he shouldn't be talking to best buy, and was pretty much the opposite of helpful. We ended up paying out of pocket for our "free installation" that was confirmed to be for everything when we specifically asked the first Best Buy representative 10 days ago. There was no offer to fix the situation. Needless to say, I will no longer be making purchases from Best Buy as they are far from the only player in town. I'll go to Lowe's where at least the have veteran discounts. This is by far the most incompetent and frustrating experiences I've ever had. Oh, I almost forgot - our old dish washer will be hanging out in the garage for several days while we can air for the haul away I purchased to actually happen. Who knows if it will though - I've had three different companies, 4 different appointments, 6 different delivery windows all for this one dishwasher.

    1st install was a no-show. Had no dishwasher in my home as I had removed the old one in anticipation of the new one. No correspondence at all. Then I went to pick it up, and it wasn't where I was told it was. Finally picked it up and when I unboxed it, the dishwasher was dented big time. Re-scheduled the install, but they just dropped it off and never installed it. I had to pay someone to install it because of how long we were without one, and all I got was a $100 gift card. Missed 2 days of work waiting around, and came out of pocket more than the gift card value. Geek Squad is a joke, and it's blemeshing the reputation of Best Buy. I've spent over $30,000 furnishing my homes just in the last 6 years. Might be time for me to switch.

    For the second time in the past 3 years, I was given a delivery date and waited all day with no word from Best Buy that my delivery was being rescheduled. It is too early to offer an evaluation of the dishwasher, but I would strongly suggest that you not promise delivery dates that you can not honor.

    Not happy at all, keeps leaving dishes wet and I have tried multiple ways according to the instructions and still not working. I regret not buying what I owned before and wanted to give a try to LG products. Also, the Installations was not worked it getting it for free, bad experience overall.
