    Haven’t received the dishwasher yet. Just wanted to leave a review on the store itself. I purchased the dishwasher in Rancho Cucamonga California. I was forced to buy a dishwasher install kit for 3499. I am installing it and did not need the install. Kit did not know That they charged me for the kit until I left the store and saw it on my receipt. Back to the store to tell them that I did not want it. It was the law that they had to sell me the kit never heard of such a thing I think that it was some kind of upsell, very disappointed. Last time I went to that store to buy a TV they were trying to sell me an electricity cleaner for $150. I was so upset I left without the TV and the so-called electricity cleaner. I think this store should be investigated about selling items, and adding them to your purchase without your knowledge. I will be taking this further. PS when I install the dishwasher myself. I will do a review on it.

    14 month operating life

    I have purchased two of these. One 14 months apart. Just as we passed warranty the machine fails. Services from LG are difficult to reach and we experience multiple phone drops. It is a good looking appliancd. I will not by a third LG dishwasher. I do NOT recommend!

    LG must stand for Low Grade

    Hard to know which is more unreliable- the machine or the company itself. 2nd time in 4 years this has broken, three weeks and still no repair date (issue is the motor which the fancy sticker on the front says is guaranteed for 10 years…) Lg’s customer service has been a joke - no updates, no urgency. Their chosen service provider ordering incorrect parts…. My “escalated” issue has apparently not caught anyone’s attention… just awful all around.
