It’s quiet and efficient. Dishes are always squeaky clean. With the added bonus of years of hand washing, I no longer have dish pan hands. :)

It is pretty quiet but wish it was a little quieter. The dishes come out really clean and dry versus our older model. For the price I would buy it again and recommend this one.

Barely heats and even when it sits for 2 days - dishes are still not dry. It does clean, that seems to be the only redeeming feature. Cycle takes over 3 hours. It is very quiet. Biggest complaints is it doesn’t get hot- so highly unlikely it is sanitizing and doesn’t dry.

This dishwasher uses a condensation drying system, which works best with Rinse Aid to help improve drying results. Additionally, selecting the Extra Dry option can enhance drying performance. It was an easy install and setup. We were not too impressed by the drying of this unit until we used the drying aid. That made all the difference.

Our old dishwasher didn't clean anything no matter what detergent was used. This one cleans well, and I love the top rack and the dry boost!

It doesn’t dry dishes with a heating element. My dishes and the interior of the dishwasher are totally dry after each cycle. It totally cleans the dishes.

I waited all day. No calls or texts. I called the number on best buy install notification. Rep was very nice. Install was rescheduled. Said she would apply a credit of half the installation charges for my inconvenience. Install occurrd the next week and all went well. Dishwasher works fine. However, no credit has been applied as i was promised. So, point is, Rep should not promise something they do not follow up on
