Works good but only issue I see is that the app doesn'tet you control the unit itself. You can only review your settings on the unit but not start or change wash cycle on the unit from the app.

This dishwasher is excellent! It washes the dishes very well. The adjustable shelves are great. I especially like the ability to adjust the “tines”. This makes it so much easier to position the dishes as well as large pots and pans and casserole items. It runs very quietly. You can ‘t tell that it is running.

nice looking unit, but the inside of the door is so thin, it would be dented and damaged the first time it would be used. We returned it and found a Miele dishwasher. This unit is built to last 20 years, unlike the samsung, and LG models.

This dishwasher is everything i wanted in a dishwasher. It has so many settings that it suits every possible need- small load, large load, difficult mode but delicate. The app tells me when it is done and my dishes have never been cleaner. It is very quiet too. It cleans up on the ouside like new with little effort.

This is by far the best dishwasher I have EVER owned! The shelves took out with no effort and you can feel the quality!! The dishes come out sparkling and super clean!! The quality is there and the build quality is the best version of a dishwasher they have ever built!!

I have to listen hard to hear this dishwasher running. Has 3 shelves for loading dishes, etc, and the 2 upper ones are adjustable. There are LED lights inside, too. The silverware holder is removable and silverware can be placed in the top shelf. The controls are on the top of the door so that 2 yr old fingers can’t play with them. Did I say that I love this appliance?

Product is high quality with many options that I didn't have before as my old dishwasher was 25+ years old. I'm hoping to get at least half that life out of my new one as I know they are not made to last 25 years any longer. Great experience with Levi at the Bloomington, Indiana store. Installers were prompt. Did a good job with the install. Very happy with Best Buy!

The wheel on the bottom drawer broke within the first week. Fortunately it was replaced by Best Buy with no issue.

This dishwasher goes with our amazing fridge and fabulous oven. It is sleek and I love the hidden controls. I think my favorite part of this is the light! I do wish it would stay on longer though. Aside from that this is a great dishwasher. It kept sending messages to my phone to add rinse aid for better performance so I listened. I like that my appliances communicate with me.

Incredibly quiet, the discharge water is the only thing that you hear. Super quiet!

This offers some good options. We actually purchased one in Feb 2019 for our rental home. It did need the entire control board replaced within 2 months. The repairman said it was a known defect. It took a month to get it fixed. Thankfully we had Geek Squad protection which I highly recommend. Since then it has been working well and the tenants love it. Recently our dishwasher caught fire internally - Blomberg - don't ever buy one - and we needed a replacement. We did order this dishwasher, but the installers called 30 minutes before their arrival time to say they couldn't make it. After several calls to Best Buy customer service it was learned that the dishwasher had been damaged. Not sure how since it was supposed to be brand new. Also they were going to make us wait 2 more weeks to get it even though we had already waited 2 weeks. They did offer us a discount though on the next order, as this one was canceled due to the damage concern and failure to deliver. We ended up opting for the higher end LG model of this dishwasher, the Signature version. Still waiting on it. We wanted a Bosch or a Kitchen Aid top of the line, but both are not available due to supply chain issues. So go ahead and get this one -- just get the Geek Squad plan to accompany it, or any other one you purchase from Best Buy. A deep dive in research showed that all dishwashers only last about 3 years now days. With the 5 year Geek Squad plan you can at least get 5 years out of it. Happy Dishwashing!

Dishwasher works great, but motor failed after just over 2 years. LG would not cover the repair that Best Buy did as it has to be their authorized repair center, which had a 5 week backlog. Even then they would only cover the 79 dollar part.
