Ordering thru Best Buy is the fastest and easiest thing to do. I have never received the wrong item. This is the best dishwasher. Has a light inside which helps load, dishes come out clean. Fantastic.

This dishwasher worked great for 3.5 months, then it started displaying the error code "AE" which is for a water leak. Once it displays this error the dishwasher won't run anymore. So I contacted LG Support and they dispatched an authorized technician 5 days later. The authorized tech took a look at it couldn't really figure out why it was leaking and decided it must be the "sump pump". He said that he would have to order the part and that he would return in a week to complete the repair. So here we are a brand new $1000 dishwasher that couldn't wash dishes for 2 weeks. He came out and replaced the "sump pump" and said it was good to go. After he left I ran some dishes and the dishwasher was making horrible buzzing and grinding sounds. It became apparent very quickly that the authorized tech damaged my new dishwasher even more. So I contacted LG Support again and they said they would dispatch an LG factory tech. When the LG factory tech came out several days later he found that there was water leaking under my dishwasher, there were screws missing from different areas, and the sensor that detects the water leak was effectively disabled. It became clear that the authorized tech didn't fix the original problem and masked it by disabling the water leak sensor as well as caused other issues with my dishwasher that made it extremely noisy. The LG factory tech was more thorough and after 2 visits resolved the original water leak issue but the dishwasher still makes terrible buzzing sounds throughout the wash cycle. I contacted the LG factory tech to inform him of this and he told me I would need to contact LG support again. So I contacted LG support again and they said they would have the LG tech contact me. That was last week and I still haven't heard anything from him. I have purchased quite a few major appliances in my life and I have never had such a bad experience. This was my first LG appliance purchase and I can confidently say it will be my last. Worst customer support ever. We went at least 3 weeks without a working dishwasher and it still isn't functioning properly. At this point I would like LG to refund my purchase so I can purchase a dishwasher from another company or at the very least replace it with a new one.

Nice dishwasher with lots of new features! Very quiet except when draining. Pump pressure seems higher and louder than previous units but we are getting use to it. Best Buy installer did a professional job, was clean and courteous!

I have no idea how this product performs. I have been waiting since the end of November for this to be installed. Best Buy says it won’t be here and installed until the beginning of February. It gets a 3 until I know more and can rate it for real.

I bought this dishwasher to replace an older one that was not drying the dishes anymore and its time had come. I read the reviews and was suckered once again by the gleeful reviews of this dishwasher. The reviews, the fact it was in stock and my positive past experiences with LG appliances, I bought the dishwasher. The first problem I learned after install and with the first running of the dishwasher is how loud it is. The reviews said it was quiet, it is not. It may be quiet when running but when it drains, it is loud. The dishwasher drains through the hookup in my garbage disposal. So this thing dumps or drains for about 10 seconds, then stops for 10 seconds, then drains again for 10 seconds..etc and it is loud, sounds like someone is turning the kitchen faucet on and off over and over. We try to silence it by placing the drain plug in the sink drain but it hardly helps. There is no secret weapon they used to quiet the running of this unit, it just comes wrapped in a thick insulation blanket that is used to muffle it. That's it, just a cheap insulation blanket. Oh yeah, and there is no heating element to dry the dishes. No more billows of steam and dry dishes when you open the door. It is a must to use a rinse aid (even says so in the instructions) to get your dishes somewhat dry. Keep a towel handy to dry them as you put them away. I would not recommend this dishwasher to anyone. Doesn't dry well, it's loud and cost a lot more than it's worth....maybe that's why it was one of the only ones in stock.

Had to have door latch replaced after install. If you want dry dishes after cycle is done, this is not the dishwasher for you.

We recently renovated our kitchen and chose all LG products. This dishwasher offers many features, and the fact that it ties to our wireless network is a bonus.

Fantastic dishwasher. It does a terrific job when loaded correctly, not overloaded. We love the top drawer for small items and flatwear. The light is a useful bonus we didn't even know we needed!

Bought this dishwasher for our basement kitchen. We love it so much that we are purchasing another one for our main kitchen!

Some things are weird about the new dishwasher but in the end it works great and cleans quick.

The installer broke the copper water line and it was already broke. I had repair the water line. Best Buy sent a new installer out . The install was done perfect.

Features of this dishwasher matched or exceeded every other dishwasher we compared at a better price. Excellent quality of craftsmanship and it’s quiet & efficient.

Delivery service is very good. Have not installed it yet.. so hope it is as good as the price tag! Rating this currently based on delivery service since I have not opened the box yet.

I cannot believe all the options this dishwasher has. I think I love it more than the other items I purchased. It does so much more than my GE ever offered. Cant go wrong with this. No problems yet.

Bought a store display model. Everything works great. The wifi function is really for monitoring the device

This works fine so far but mu experience with Dan at Best Buy at the Forum was awesome!

Works great! fits in nice with our other appliances, no problems, installation was well done. machine was explained to us at the store and by the installer.

Really like this dishwasher. Does a really good job. Went from Samsung to LG. The quality of the LG Appliances surpasses Samsung and others.
